I purchased two of these last year and liked them so much, I purchased another one this year. Very nice quality and I had great harvests out of them. With these I have no issue with critters or snails/slugs, plus no more back pain when gardening. Game changer! Great price too.

I like the self watering boxes but this box is flawed. The ones you can get from Gardners supply has some ventilation to allow for the water not to sit 100% of the time which can led to root rot. With this box, this is not the case. You can drain it but that is not how it should work. In addition, the self-watering indicator doesn’t seem to work as well. Other boxes have holes that drain when it is full making managing your water easier. Lastly first delivery was damaged and processing a new one was a pain.

I bought 2 of the garden planters. The assembly was quick and easy; they are very sturdy. I was concerned they would blow over easily but there have been no issues. I like the self watering feature. We planted tomatoes and peppers in them and the soil isn’t drying out and the plants look great so far. I can’t wait til they start producing!!

A little larger and heavier than I expected, but very nice planters. Easy to put together with a screwdriver (legs/shelf). The crossbars (to keep the planter from expanding outward) are a little difficult to get in place, but I suppose that's why it holds them securely. Be cause of their size, they do require a lot of soil. I think I put 2 1/2 big bags of raised bed soil in each. I like the water tube to tell you when to water. When the flowers grow, I'm sure you won't be able to see it without looking for it.

This is a beautful and sturdy planter that was easy to put together, but it was missing the seed starting tray for the two planters we purchased. We carefully went through all of the packing materials, etc., but no trays. Samsclub.com is still listing the seed starting trays as being included with the planter, so not understanding why the trays were missing. Gave the planter 5 stars as it wouldn't be fair to penalize the product due to poor quality control. We didn't return the planters as we had already purchased some of the herbs and veggies and soil for planting, even though we were wanted to grow from seed for some of the garden. Keter: what IS up with the missing trays??

These raised garden beds started out great. So much so that I started buying additional units and am now up to 6 of them on our back porch. Unfortunately all of them are starting to develop leaks from the drain plug. It looks like the rubber hardens up over time and I cannot find any place to get replacements. The Keter website is a hot mess and filling out their web-based warranty claim form is really difficult as they want you to tell them what part number you need. I don't know what the part number is but I know what I bought. I am also noticing that all of the plastic restraints that help to keep the sides from bowing out are now also cracking and falling off so I suspect the sun is starting to take its toll on the plastic. These are way to expensive to be so disposable and quick to go into our landfills as plastic waste. I have numerous Keeter deck boxes that have held up for years so I have to say I'm disappointed in the purchase overall. If these are used indoors they probably will last a lot longer so YMMV on whether this is the right raised bed for you.

These are wonderful to put on your patio for herbs and peppers, tomatoes..and deep enough for squash and practically anything you put in it..love the water reservoir in the bottom too! Lightweight but very sturdy..bought two and the store then ordered two more and sent one to my son.

I don't understand why these have such good reviews. We bought three, and they all have the same problems: 1) The sides totally bulge out. The plastic bits that go across to keep it from bulging are way to week and useless. 2) The bottom has cracked on all three and the water just leaks out onto the shelf below. 3) Within a year they had all sorts of sun damage with the black being all different tints. They look great brand new, but once you put dirt in them it's game over.

I purchased 2 raised garden beds because I didn't want any animals eating up my garden. Well the garden planters were doing fine and now the legs are leaning on them. I'm glad I do have the planters next to the fence but I'm not sure if that will continue to hold them up. They need to make the legs for this planter stronger. So now I'm left with the decision of what to do know? If the legs are bad now I know that won't last for another garden season. So basically I feel I've wasted money on buying this and will have to purchase another raised garden planter for next season.

I bought this item at Sam's based on a similar purchase 3 years ago. After 3 days I assembled the item and placed dirt inside - allowed dirt to sit overnight then added starter plants - 2 basil and one tomato. 3 days later, I came outside to see the right side legs (non draining side) were buckled and now the stand was leaning on my fence. I have contacted customer service of company with 1 response and no follow up. I had big plans for this addition.
