Very smooth flavor and tastes similar to regular milk without the lactose! Cannot decipher the difference between this and regular milk. Is nutritional and comes in an easy to pour package!

Tastes and texture just like real milk. The package fits nice in my fridge. Prices are higher, but I usually find a sale. My stomach is able tolerate it helps so much.

So I wanted to like Lactaid because I'm trying to consume less dairy, but I don't like it. It has a strange aftertaste that I don't like. The consistency of the milk is good though.
