I have used thus many times to help w my bloating when I use dairy products. I personally feel like it taste like regular milk just without the discomfort. I also feel like it lasts a bit longer in the fridge.

Delicious soft and sweet! I love lanais milk more than milk itself especially because it doesn't hurt my stomach and digests smoothly. It has all the nutrition you need and calcium. I really love and highly recommend it!

Lactaid tastes exactly like milk no different. It's cheaper than almond milk and everyone in the family loves it. My daughter cannot have regular milk and this is a great alternative.
