Since my family are lactose intolerant this is what we drink: and we never have had an issue. Regular milk gives me tummy aches and we always end up in the bathroom. We love it.

When I drink regular milk I get a bloated belly. I decided to switch to #Lactaid to see if it took the bloat away. Thankfully it doesn't and I can enjoy my milk with cereal and coffee. The only downfall is that it's so expensive.

As someone who had lactose intolerance, this milk is my life saver! I drink it every day with my morning coffee and I have no issues. It’s a great alternative and has the same taste.

My husband can’t have regular milk, so we use Lactaid. I was worried it would taste different but it’s exactly the same! Love it! Plus it lasts longer so we don’t worry about it going bad as fast!

Lactaid is a game changer when it comes to dairy. The lactose in regular milk is to much for me to a point that I’m lactose intolerant. Lactaid is lactose free and taste just like regular milk, now I can enjoy cereal and cookies again.

Ever since I was like chosen tolerant we’ve useless milk and it’s been fine. I prefer to drink almond milk but if we have to drink milk it would be less milk

Tastes so good!! Just like regular milk! Doesn’t upset my stomach and always easy to find in grocery stores! I like the carton it comes in and we use it for almost anything

I wouldn't know what to eat with my cereal of it wasn't for @Lactaid. I will forever be purchasing their products because I'm lactose intolerant. I think the sizing for the price could be better but I love this milk.

Milk was smooth and refreshing although it did feel a little watered down. My stomach didn’t give me any problems after drinking it which is good. However I felt like there was a bit of an aftertaste after dinking it.

Before I went to almondmilk I tried lactaid and I have to say I prefer this milk than any other because for me it tastes different in a good way but it’s hard to explain
