Lactaid reduced fat 2% milk is absolutely delicious. I am lactose intolerant and this milk works great for me. The nutritional value is plenty. I highly recommend

I love that theres an option for real milk without lactose. This tastes like regular milk because it IS milk. I cant stand the taste of soy milk, almond milk, etc. and this is all Ill drink.

I only use milk for baking and making latte and I would say that the product serves those purposes well. It’s rich and affordable with a sense of creaming

I’m Asian. Like most, I am also lactose intolerant. This is the only milk I have been able to enjoy for years that isn’t nut milk. It is more expensive than regular dairy milk but worth the cost for everyone’s comfort.

Great tasting and perfect for those of us who have lactose issues. I drink this on a daily and it cooks just like regular milk. I haven't had any issues with it being lactose free. It's a bit more expensive but not horribly over priced.

I have tried this milk a couple of times. I do like fair life lactose free milk better than this milk. The flavor is better than this milk. Still a good lactose free milk though!

I have been avoiding milk for years which makes eating breakfast difficult (no cereal). Lactaid allowed me to drink milk again! I recently moved to Texas and find it harder to find though.
