It is literally real milk without the lactose. The only difference I notice between this and regular milk is that my stomach feels much better after drinking Lactaid.

Lactaid is a delicious substitute for milk. It’s very tasty and very easy to digest. I love the fact that Lactaid lets you enjoy milk again without any of the unpleasant side effects.

Im lactose intolerant and like to cook with this as well. My husband used to think of I used it, it would make our food taste sweet. It absolutely doesn’t. Tastes like milk!

Tastes watered down good texture and packaging but not worth it for me to gross if you like watered down milk this is for you if not not don’t you buy it

Having health problems that alter what you can eat or drink can be very stressful and disappointing. Lactaid is the perfect alternative for those who are lactose intolerant! It tastes great and is beneficial.

When I drink regular milk I get a bloated belly. I decided to switch to #Lactaid to see if it took the bloat away. Thankfully it doesn't and I can enjoy my milk with cereal and coffee. The only downfall is that it's so expensive.

I have been using this for years taste no different than regular milk, the price is okwish it was alittle less. works great as for calcium. The package is nice. My 7 year old grandson loves this also

Very similar text and texture of regular milk, can’t really tell the difference, except for how you feel after drinking yet, which is better than regular milk.

I haven't try this but it will work great good fir those that cannot drink.milk i would try.it if i couldn't drinks milk but i can my daughter cant so.it wouldn't be good for her

I’ve been trying different brands and a lot of them taste so liquid, so you can’t feel it like real milk, this one is so good, just with a little sweet on it but it’s not a bad thing.
