It has the taste and texture of regular milk without the upset. It is more expensive than regular milk. If you are lactose intolerant it is a good alternative.

i use this on my oatmeal, tea and iced coffee; when I make french toasts or scrambled eggs- this is the milk i use. it's good for my sensitive stomach and just had the same texture as regular milk.
