My whole household is lactose intolerant so we buy this kind of milk all the time it's soo good and it has a sort of sweetness to it ! So for shakes and cooking this is what we use and we all love it!

I use this or the store brand of it. I've had issues on and off with dairy and when my brother found out he couldn't drink milk any more the family made the switch.

This milk has the best taste! The flavor of this milk is something else ! I promise you it isn't like regular milk ! It has helped me a lot with no bloating for cramping after drink milk. I discovered that I love milk again!

For someone who is lactose intolerant but still wants that milk taste, this if for you. I am not really a fan of the taste of milk but sometimes I crave a bowl of cereal and being lactose intolerant this is my go to milk choice.

The taste is good but a little sweeter tasting than other lactose free 2% milks. The price is a decent value and certainly isn't the most expensive milk out there. Finally, it does its job as a lactose free milk, no digestive issues.
