Taste good with everything, cereal in recipes love with cookies. It is perfect for anyone with lactose intolerance, but taste so good anyone canuse it.

This is literally the only milk I drink because I'm lactose intolerant and it's great, it doesn't taste weird like some other lactose free milks and I love that. It's a little bit more pricey but it's so worth it

I think Lactaid is great.Its not really heavy in your stomach like regular milk.Also lasting longer expiration date.Which is a big plus.But recommend this product for those like me are lactose intolerant.
