I enjoy Lactaid 2% because if you are lactose intolerant, you can drink or use this milk alone or in any recipe and not have the stomach gurgling/pain or emergency runs to the restrooms.

It was very palatable with a smooth rich taste. The cost was reasonable. It taste great for drinking and marinating. I would highly recommend you try this healthy beverage and it is easy on those challenge o lactose in intolerance.

One of my children is lactose intolerant so we drink Lactaid daily. None of the family members realizes it isn't dairy milk so I consider that a success!

Just recently started using. So excited I can enjoy real milk again. Almond milk is good but it does not compare to real dairy. This tastes just like milk without the pain.

It's milk that is lactose free and I don't get sick. I mean it gets the job done price point is decent. Not a huge milk person to begin with but this gets the job done and I don't get sick. That's really all I can ask for.
