I really like Lactaid milk , the 2% tastes just as good as the whole one does. I had to switch to this for my Family because we found it's more sensitive to our needs and our gut. You always want the best for the well being of you and your family and this milk is just that. Highly recommend.

My children & I are lactose intolerant, and we drink this or sweetend vanilla AlmondMilk, and cook with coconut milk. And we've noticed a dramatic difference between milk that has milk fat, and milk that's free of it. And let me tell you, how much happier my kiddos are when their tummies aren't upset just from eating or drinking something that's suppose to be good for you. I am lactose intolerant I used to use either a coconut milk or almond milk but didn't drink them that often because I just didn't like the taste. Lactaid is milk so I dont taste the difference my tummy is happy and it does not expire as fast as rwgular milk!

Since I cannot tolerate dairy, but love cereal and milk, Lactaid was a game changer for me! No more feeling sick and getting sick after using whole milk! This is the only Milk I keep in my house now! Tastes good and I don't get sick from it! Win/win for me!

I have to drink this milk not by choice but by need. I am lactose intolerant I can't drink regular milk like other people.i wish I could get a cheaper gallon of milk. But they don't have any. It taste just like the real thing except without the lactose.

It is good and I like the flavor actually better than regular milk (I'm not lactose intolerant but the rest of who I live with is so I drink both.) The only issue is how expensive this one is. I usually opt for a generic brand and still get the same thing.

Tastes just like regular milk my 16 year old says. Ive tried it as well abd you cant tell any differencewhich is wonderful becausewe use milk a lot in baking and cooking in our house. My daughter is extremelylactose intolerantand this is the obly lactose free milk she will drink.

The only milk I have been able to drink for years without making my stomach upset. It is nice and rich and it does not taste weird with cereal or smoothies as I have found with other milk options. If you have not tried it and are lactose intolerant, this milk is to you.

If you like the taste of cow's milk, or can't drink alternative milk for reasons, but also want to avoid lactose, this is the best brand there is! It tastes just like the best milk there is, but won't ruin your day! It also stays fresh for a long time, so if you also don't drink it a lot or just use it for cooking or baking, the half gallon size can be kept around a while

I'm lactose intolerant so it's very difficult for me to find a milk my body can tolerate. I bought this and it's delicious, healthy, affordable and I'm able to drink it with out getting sick. I'm glad I was able to find something that works for me. I definitely recommend this!
