As I grow older, my body doesn't tolerate lactose as well anymore. However with Lactaid, I can't tell that difference. It tastes just as rich and goes well with cereal. It doesn't work well with recipes that call for milk though. It's just not as thick.

This tastes delicious. It has a slight sweet taste and it tastes great alone or with cereals. I used to be fine drinking regular milk, but over the years my body has slowly become lactose intolerant. It's not several, I can still handle drinking some milk, but there are days when I have to go do my business in the bathroom afterwards.

It is good and I like the flavor actually better than regular milk (I'm not lactose intolerant but the rest of who I live with is so I drink both.) The only issue is how expensive this one is. I usually opt for a generic brand and still get the same thing.

As someone who cannot handle milk and dairy products I LOVE Lactaid! It is so gentle on my stomach, but still tastes just like normal milk. It can get a little pricier compared to normal milk, but it lasts a lot longer. Would highly recommend as someone who is lactose intolerant.

Tastes just like regular milk my 16 year old says. Ive tried it as well abd you cant tell any differencewhich is wonderful becausewe use milk a lot in baking and cooking in our house. My daughter is extremelylactose intolerantand this is the obly lactose free milk she will drink.

The only milk I have been able to drink for years without making my stomach upset. It is nice and rich and it does not taste weird with cereal or smoothies as I have found with other milk options. If you have not tried it and are lactose intolerant, this milk is to you.

This has been my lifesaver! I have dealt with lactose intolerance for over 5 years. I discovered the Lactaid pills and I keep them on me all the time. I was never a big fan of milk, but now that it doesn't get me sick, I love it. This milk has a great flavor, doesn't upset my stomach, tastes just like milk. I love it!

better tasting that regular milk to be honest! It's a little sweeter so it tastes absolutely amazing in coffees, smoothies, cereal etc. I drink this daily in my coffee and use very minimal sugar in it. It's also affordable and last soooo long in my fridge.

I'm lactose intolerant and find it difficult to find products that don't contain lactose in them. If you're also lactose intolerant or just generally don't enjoy the taste or texture of milk, I feel your pain. It's difficult to find and buy affordable products that don't contain lactose. I enjoy lactaid products because the consistency of of this product doesn't differ from that of actual milk, the only difference being the lactose. This is a bit too pricey for me so I typically buy the generic store brand version instead. If you have the $ to try this product, I'd definitely recommend it.
