The packing is simple,easy to open. This milk doesnt seem as thick as regular milk. The nutritional value is the same as regular milk however being a regular milk drinker my whole life,I can definitely tell the difference and prefer regular milk because its more creamy. Overall the lactaid milk is pretty good. I still recommend if youre someone who cant have the lactose in regular milk.

I've had dairy issues since I turned 20, no idea why it started later on in my life, but I used to drink 3 glasses of milk a night like every night. This milk changed my life, it tastes so much creamier and is super refreshing. I no longer have bloat and stomach pain! But because it is lactose the price for it is a little bit more than regular milk.

I'm allergic to milk, not just lactose intolerant so I have to be very careful about dairy. I used to take lactaid pills and drink regular milk and still get sick. Then I spotted this "milk" on the aisle. It's the best non-dairy milk, period. I've tried almond milk which is too watery, coconut milk which is hard to find, and soy which is just gross, but I'm also allergic to soy so go figure. Lactaid can be found in a lot of places and it's the best imitation of milk without any of the pain of milk. I highly recommend to anyone.

I really like this milk if you are lactose and tolerance or if you just want to minimize the amount of to much dairy products like I do you can try this milk it's very good you still get that flavor of milk and still get to enjoy cereal shakes or anything that you would use regular milk

I became lactose intolerant after gastric sleeve surgery. I really enjoy milk, cheese, ice cream, well all dairy and was sad when I couldn't eat it without discomfort. So I tried lactaid milk. It is delicious! Because the lactose is removed, the milk tastes sweeter. Not crazy sweet, just a bit.

My grandpa drinks this and he approves. Lactaid products are a great option for people who are lactose intolerant but still want to enjoy dairy products. They taste similar to regular dairy products but are easier to digest. Overall, I would recommend Lactaid products if you are lactose intolerant and miss eating dairy.

I love it! This milk and brand is the only milk that doesn't give me nausea or makes me bloated. It also taste just like regular milk which is amazing. I would recommend this to those who are lactose intolerant or those in which milk upsets their bodies.

I literally would throw up drinking my favorite milk tea (boba) but now with the help of lactaid I can finish it without getting sick at all along with all my other favorite dairy cravings. I don't get any gas, diarrhea, cramps. This product changed my life .

I drink this milk at home because we reasons we cant avoid. I believe the milk taste just as good as regular milk. I don't notice any difference. Yes the price is more than regular milk but it doesn't matter. I do recommend those that have to drink lactose free milk to use this brand or at least try for your self.

I tried Lactose Reduced Fat 2% Milk, and I'm loving it! It has all the creamy, rich taste of regular 2% milk but without the lactose. It's perfect for anyone who's lactose intolerant but still wants that full milk flavor. Great in coffee, cereal, or just a glass on its own. Definitely a keeper!
