I was quite surprised with the taste of Lactaid 2% milk. It really did not taste different from a regular gallon of milk. I expected the texture to make ne grooss out, but it didn't. The great thing is that being lactose intolerant, I can now enjoy my morning cereal without worrying about the after effects.

I can't have much of dairy in my life, it does not agree with my stomach most of the time. This milk has been my tried and true since I was a teenager, I'll keep going to it. Great for cereal, baking, drinking, adding to my coffee and more. A good product for the lactose intolerant.

This is the best milk, I've been drinking Lactaid since I was about 15 years old when I found out I was lactose intolerant. The flavor is a lot better than the regular milk and your body loves it! I recommend this milk if you ever get discomfort with regular milk give it a try!

This is my go to. I am lactose intolerant and can't drink regular milk. This is an awesome substitute since you can't tell the difference... AT ALL. I would recommend this to anyone. Even my daughter can't tell the difference between this and regularly milk.

I'm highly satisfied with this lactose milk! It's comparable to 2% milk, with the added benefit of an extended shelf life in my fridge! I drink it and use it for cooking purposes. My daughter, 23, has lactose intolerance, but I'll gladly consume it nonetheless... it's easy to find because of it's bright blue carton.

I just want to share my experience after using Lactaid Milk. My family and I had a lot of digestive problems after drinking “regular milk”. After trying Lactaid, my family and I do NOT have those problems. I felt so relieved and I had a thought that “Lactaid Is Fabulous”!

In my home we all drink lactaid good for me and my family good flavor you can Shoes the fat % and they make the package with different colors like red blue baby blue and I think purple too and I believe they had ice cream too. Very good for your digestion if you can't tolerate regular milk. Recommend it 100% 😉

I only drink this milk. Im a chick thats been lactose intolerant for years, and im so sooooo happy i finally found a milk for me. i've tried almond milk as well and as it does taste good, i still choose to drink lactaid! it also has a slightly different taste than other 2% reduced fat milks. Its priced well and is enjoyable with anything.

I don't drink milk just to drink a glass of milk I use it in cooking or in cereal. Over the years buying regular milk I have even had to throw away part of a quart-size because it had past its expiration date. Lactaid has a much longer time before the expiration date is reached and for the first time in years I was able to use up a half gallon of milk and not throw any of it away. So I will always buy this from now on tastes like milk to me.
