As someone who cannot handle milk and dairy products I LOVE Lactaid! It is so gentle on my stomach, but still tastes just like normal milk. It can get a little pricier compared to normal milk, but it lasts a lot longer. Would highly recommend as someone who is lactose intolerant.

As im aging, I’ve

As im aging, I’ve notice dairy bothers me a little more than it used to. I picked some of this up to try a few months ago and i really like it. I used it to make overnight oats, cook with, and eat with granola cereal and it was definitely gentler on my stomach but still had a really good flavor.

Good alternative for milk if you have digestion issues!

I had digestive problems for a little where I could not tolerate milk without getting stomach aches and this was a lifesaver in those times! It did taste a bit off from normal milk but it was hardly noticeable when having it with cereal or in smoothies.

Love this milk! It

Love this milk! It tastes fresh and it also seems to last longer than milk with lactose in it. I started drinking this milk because my mom purchases it and now I prefer Lactaid too! I think I had a minor allergy to lactose too and now I don't have to worry about feeling sick after having cereal or anything else I have milk with! 10/10!

TERRIBLE

I thought this was lactose free meaning that it wouldn't give us symptoms of lactose intolerance but this morning i had the same exact symptoms i would get if i drank regular milk but 10x worse the usual. It got to the point i wasn't able to go to school. It may not have lactose but it for sure has something that will act as it.

I love lactaid milk

Lactaid 2% Milk is an excellent choice for those who love the taste of dairy but are lactose intolerant. This milk maintains a rich, creamy flavor that rivals regular 2% milk, making it a great addition to coffee, cereal, or standalone consumption. The process of lactase enzyme addition effectively breaks down lactose, ensuring a smooth digestion experience without any discomfort. Nutritionally, it provides essential vitamins and minerals, including calcium and vitamin D, which are crucial for bone health. The packaging is convenient, keeping the milk fresh and easy to pour. However, some might notice a slightly sweeter taste compared to regular milk, which could take some getting used to. Overall, Lactaid 2% Milk is a reliable alternative that allows those with lactose intolerance to enjoy dairy without compromise, making it a staple in many households.

I like lactaid milk

I like lactaid milk so much. It tastes great and refreshing when taking lactaid with cornflakes or add to your oatmeal. I sometimes add lactaid milk to my porridge, corn or oat meat and it tastes very delicious. It’s a great milk and contains low fat, which is amazing.

Love the product BUT ...

Check out the container sizes. They reduced them to slightly under a standard 1/2 Gallon and Gallon. Personally, I think it is a poor PR move. If they need to charge more, do so. However, this slight change certainly appears to be deceptive. Even if well intentioned, the optics are bad.

I drink the 2%

I drink the 2% Lactaid milk. I have to drink this because I am lactose and I have tried soy and almond and other milks, but I just don't like the taste. The Lactaid milk almost tastes like real milk. It does take a little getting used to but after awhile, you don't even notice the difference. And when you have to drink it, then you learn to like it. The chocolate is also good.

This milk really helps with recipes that require milk sense I am lactose intolerant. It taste amazing and it taste a little sweeter but they add no extra sugar. I totally recommended this milk if you have lactose intolerant friends or you are lactose intolerant.
