Great flavor, with a sweetness to it that's not fake-tasting. Maybe I my making this up, but I feel like it lasts longer in the fridge? It's been a lifeline for me, coming into a mid-life awareness of a dairy intolerance. I can still get my calcium and use it in my coffee & tea, and it's not super sugary.

This stuff is great. It tastes exactly like regular milk with the same consistency. Gentle on the stomach. I use it for everything that requires milk. Definitely recommend if you are sensitive to dairy. You can also buy this in chocolate which also tastes amazing!

I love Lactaid milk. My whole family drinks it. Its easy on the stomach. Very easy to open and container is splash free. Its has a great flavor and texture, and can be used for most baking. I just wish I could use it to make my pudding, but it makes the pudding much too watery. #Lactaid #influenster

Lactaid works great and tastes great! It has a decent shelf life in the fridge once opened. I drink it straight, in my tea, in my cereal, and use it for baking. I have been using it for years to combat my IBS and sensitivities to lactose. I am pretty picky when it comes to taste and that is not an issue at all with this product.

This milk to me taste more like normal 2% milk than any that I have tried.  I actually enjoy this milk more than regular milk. If you have not tried Lactaid, you need to try this because I highly recommend you will love the flavor texture and consistency of this product. 

This is my saving grace! I can't eat dairy or else I'm sick and bloated with bubble guts all day. I use this in my cereal, coffee, and everything else you would typically use milk for. I never experience the stomach pain or bloated ness from this and it tastes exactly the same as real milk!

I drink the 2% Lactaid milk. I have to drink this because I am lactose and I have tried soy and almond and other milks, but I just don't like the taste. The Lactaid milk almost tastes like real milk. It does take a little getting used to but after awhile, you don't even notice the difference. And when you have to drink it, then you learn to like it. The chocolate is also good.

This saved my life. I'm lactose intolerant and still love diary as much as the next person does, but I really needed a way to substitute it. Almond milk was too sweet for me, but this tastes just like regular milk! A little more expensive, but for me it's 100% worth it.

I use this often when I can't handle whole milk or half and half. It tastes yummy, and doesn't have any funny taste like some do. I'm sorry there's some that just do! Lol. I use it in my iced coffee sometimes, and of course in my whole mad pastas that I add milk to. My grandmother also uses it for her morning coffee lol. I have lovely memories of using this milk with her over coffee.

Everyone in our house is lactose intolerant. This milk is so good and creamy. There is no hint that it has been altered in any way. The taste is milk because it is milk. We will always purchase this milk and I recommend it to anyone who has a hard time digesting milk.
