This milk has the taste of regular. It is real milk without the lactaid. I switched when I found I had problems with too much dairy products. I am a big milk drinker that it was getting to the point where I would have to give up milk or continue with the nasty results.

This is a good milk for those who suffer from being lactose intolerant. My only issue is that it is watery in comparison to regular milk in coffee. But overall I enjoy the product and the price is usually good. I enjoy 2% personally since it is better for me overall even though the points are a bight much for weight watchers. 

It is good and I like the flavor actually better than regular milk (I'm not lactose intolerant but the rest of who I live with is so I drink both.) The only issue is how expensive this one is. I usually opt for a generic brand and still get the same thing.

This is my second go to choice for milk, since I can't drink regular milk. Packaging is very nice, but very minimal. There's always room for improvement. However, there are no real improvements need to be made. I would definitely buy again. I would also highly recommend.

My children & I are lactose intolerant, and we drink this or sweetend vanilla AlmondMilk, and cook with coconut milk. And we've noticed a dramatic difference between milk that has milk fat, and milk that's free of it. And let me tell you, how much happier my kiddos are when their tummies aren't upset just from eating or drinking something that's suppose to be good for you. I grew up drinking this milk alone and genuinely did not know what actual milk tasted like until i hit my twenties. Lactaid is sweeter than actual milk but is still yummy and allows us with lactose intolerance to enjoy the simple things in life like chocolate milk without the tummy ache.

Moor around a year or two we had to change from “normal” milk to this one because of my sister, it's been a really good change not gonna lie, because sometime other types of milk don't have the same taste, it's a little bit pricey than the normal milk but it's good

This is a very good milk. My daughter and son are both lactose intolerant and we switch to this milk and it has been the best milk ever for their bellies. It's smooth it has a tad bit of sweetness and it's overall better for their belly to process. It's comes in a cute little quart. Definitely worth trying. I even switch to this milk myself.

I have been using lactaid 2% milk for a long tome with no problems. all of a sudden the product has undergone some changes. the addition of carageenan and guar gum are causing med to have G.I upsets. severs cramping and loose bowels and multiple movements ( 5 or 6 per day within a hour's time). there is precious little I can tolerate because of lactose intolerance. I can no longer use the product with the above ingredients added. I hope ypu will contimue to make the regular 2% milk without these products.

Lactaid reduced fat 2% milk has great taste, and smooth texture - we don't notice that the lactose is missing! We use it for cereals, baking, and most importantly, making yogurt. One carton of milk is the perfect size to make a small batch of homemade yogurt - which just fits into the Greek yogurt strainer (before straining). The after straining quantity is shown, with the yellowish colored whey at the bottom. So Delicious!
