I love this because alot of the lactose free milk has a weird taste but you get the same taste without the problems from lactose

I 100 percent recommend this. I promise you won't even miss regular milk. Taste the same. But smoother. I like it a lot.

Honestly it's the same as regular milk just lactaid free. The only negative aspect of it is the price, it's almost triple the cost of regular milk.
