I do not crave milk often but when I do this is my GO TO. Tastes great and just the same as 2% milk without all the associated tummy and gut issues.

This is the only milk that I drink because I am lactose intolerant. It does not taste weird and I enjoy it.

Not quite sure if I like this on the second try! There is something about the after taste I couldn't quite get past seemed like it lasted a while!

I use this milk as a substitute because milk upsets me. I have noticed that I get some of the same effects regular milk gives me.

Cook macaroni or anything you need lactose free! I add to my protein shake in the morning! Smoothies as well! Great alternative to lactose milk!

I love lactáid. It allows me enjoy fresh milk without digestive troubles. It almost tastes sweeter than regular milk. Don't change a thing, lactaid.
