Although this is extremely expensive, sometimes it is all that is available in my area. I like that it tastes most like cows milk in my opinion.

The lactaid reduced milk is great; tastes just like regular milk but without the tummy-ache. Very good. Lasts longer than regular milk too.

It was weird at first but I can't drink regular milk and I just use it for my cereal when I eat cereal it's pretty good I would recommend
