I'm not lactose intolerant, but my sister is. After using her milk I purchase this for myself! It tastes great and lasts longer than normal milk so it doesn't go bad as fast! Recommended!

After becoming lactose intolerant, I was really worried that I wouldn't be able to have milk anymore, and while I sometimes I use milk alternatives, sometimes I want the real thing. This tastes great and doesn't upset my stomach. Great!!!!!

this taste just like regular milk if you're not like touching tolerant and every time I drink it I don't feel bad. The price is a little bit more expensive than regular milk. The packaging is easy to use.

It's obviously doesn't taste like regular milk because the lactose enzymes make it sweeter, but it is one of the best lactose-free milks out there. And I appreciate how easy it is to find at any grocery store
