I used to drink this when my doctors thought I might be lactose intolerant. Found out I’m not, but this milk I found tasted just as good as regular. I only use milk in cereal but it didn’t make anything taste bad.

I really appreciate how Lactaid allows me to keep milk in my life without suffering later on from my lactose intolerance. Tastes and feels just like regular milk (because it is, sans the lactose).

Switching to this from regular milk made all my digestive problems go away. Tastes the same as regular milk. The price is definitely more expensive than normal milk but it is worth it.

I was not a big fan of this milk. If I had to have a lactose free milk I would go with a milk alternative. I didn’t like the smell or texture of this milk.

Lactaid 2% is great! Taste and pours like regular milk, just keeps you from cramping and all the bad stuff that comes with regular milk. Great for lactose intolerance. Comes in a simple milk carton as well.

Drank this a lot during my pregnancy as my stomach would not take regular milk. Easy on the stomach. Great source of calcium. Very good taste. Good value. Filled with lots of calories and fat though. Available at most grocery stores.

My husband is lactose intolerant but loves milk for cereal - I started buying lactaid to help my husband but I love using it as well. I really can’t tel the difference between lactaid or “regular” milk!

This milk is delicious! It tastes like the real thing without all the issues that come with lactose issues! The price isn’t too bad, very comparable to other brands of milk!

My mom wanted me to try this since I can’t drink regular milk and I have to say I was extremely impressed. The taste was fantastic and I had no belly issues nor did I have any nausea like I do with regular milk. 10/10

The best tasting lactose free milk, we always keep it in stock. No different than regular milk, no one even knows when we give it to them. As a full lactose intolerant family we literally survive on this stuff.
