My go-to milk. I rarely drink whole milk. The milk is lighter than what whole milk tastes like but it's not too light like you are drinking water. You still get the milk taste.

I use this for chocolate milk as a healthier alternative as well to stop stomach issues. I love chocolate milk and this allows me to still be able to drink it with the same taste as if i were drinking regular milk

I enjoy it just like you would use regular milk, so with cereal, or adding a splash to hot tea. It seems to be of the same texture and flavor as regular milk.

This 2% lactose free milk is pretty good and is definitely better than regular 2% milk. It also doesn't spoil as fast. Doesn't taste as good with cookies than whole milk though.

The doctor recommended that my husband and my son use Lactaid,. For a while, we bought both Lactaid and "regular 2% milk" but found it easier to stick with just the lactaid. I use it for cooking, and in my coffee. Tastes great.
