[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung 6000 Dryer is REALLY nice. I am pleased with all the features, large size and quiet operation. I have been able to dry large quantities of clothes with this dryer without having to increase dry time or start another dry cycle due to all the clothes not being dry. It is completely quiet when in use and the tone sounds that are heard from selecting an option or turning the knob is nice. I enjoy being able to select my own dry time and even increase the tie it takes to dry my clothes, the Quick Dry feature is my favorite because I don't have to wait for hour(s) or even lengthy minutes to get my clothes dry. The drum is large and being able to see inside by using the drum light is a very nice feature. I like the notification sound the dryer makes when my clothes are dry, the moisture sensor is an added bonus which ensures my clothes won't be over dry or damp when the cycle is complete. I like the sanitize feature which keeps the dryer free from smells and must odors, using this keeps me from doing the unwanted cleaning of the unit after several uses. I like the wrinkle free feature which keeps my clothes from coming out the dryer like crumpled up paper which eliminates me from having to iron every article that comes out when done. This dryer gets a 10 out of 10 from me, the many options, large size, efficient use and silence when in use are all top of the line benefits of using/owning this dryer. Samsung really took their time and designed this dryer with the customer in mind. I thoroughly enjoy washing/drying my clothes now and feel in complete control of my laundry tasks. I never really paid attention to energy efficiency before, but since this model heavily advertised it, I decided to connect an energy meter to my home’s electrical panel to compare usage. Despite requiring its own 30A outlet (compared to the old unit’s 20A), the difference in energy consumption is massive—this dryer uses about 60–70% less energy per load than the gas dryer did. That’s a big win. When researching heat pump technology, I was prepared for longer drying times, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by this dryer’s performance. It handles loads effectively, even with the gentler heat cycle that comes with the auto-dry feature. I’m pretty meticulous with my laundry—similar fabrics together, jeans inside out, no dryer sheets—and I’ve noticed that the lower, more even heat is much gentler on my clothing compared to the high, direct heat from my old gas dryer. Connecting the unit to SmartThings was quick and seamless. I didn’t realize how useful a notification for a completed load would be until I had it. I haven’t dived into all the custom load options yet (the interface seemed a little overwhelming at first glance), but so far, auto-dry has handled everything from towels to delicates without issue. Overall, I’m impressed with the energy efficiency and performance of this ventless heat pump dryer. It does take a little longer than my old unit, but the trade-off in energy savings and fabric care is well worth it. I’m looking forward to seeing how it holds up over time.

I love the wrinkle free cycle it really helps a lot since the clothes come out super wrinkled free. I love the fact that I can dry my Comforters with just one cycle and they come out super dry. I'm super excited, happy and in loved with my new Samsung Dryer. I also love that is super silent that some times I forgot that it's on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first ventless dryer. After doing some research the first couple of dryer reviews left me wondering. They always say that close still come out damp. Happy to say, their dryer gets it done. One or two adjustments on the front and it will get your clothes dry. Now I can put the dryer in my preferred location without cutting out a hole to the outside of the house. I have used the SmartThings app for other devices but I have to say that the dryer hooks up to the Wi-Fi seamlessly and the smart things app has plenty of functionality including but not limited to letting me know when the dryer is done on my phone. It also has a reversible door which I have not tested yet but seems like it would come in handy depending on where I relocated in the basement. It does have options for everything you would normally dry. The sense dry seems to work well with towels as well. Had a bunch of towels dried no issues. Hopefully this dryer lasts a long time without any issues. Seems durable.

It runs quietly and now that I’ve had time to learn, everything comes out dry. Plus I have learned to enjoy it “singing” to me when it finishes the cycle.

Bought the set washer went out had to buy another Samsung washer Bc I have to stack it and the dryer still worked, now Dryer is bad and have to buy another Samsung dryer to stack but after a year I just had to have someone out to fix the 2nd washer that stopped filling with water after a year. I was told I needed to unplu it and plug it back in And reset when it does this. really it’s a year old?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love new appliances so when we received our new Samsung electric dryer I was so excited to get it set up and turned on. I don’t recall many times in my life I enjoy doing laundry except when receiving a new machine so I washed some clothes just so i could dry them. This dryer has 7.5cu ft of drying s[ace which is pretty large. It’s definitely a large capacity dryer and has 10 drying cycles and 5 temperature settings. It sports duel heaters dries laundry by alternating between two different heat sources, resulting in less overall energy use at lower temperatures. It also has moisture sensors which is really cool and protects laundry from heat damage by automatically shutting off the dryer when clothes are dry. The lint fill indicator tell you when you need to clean it out and you can revers the door which i really like having the option of doing. The smart care app allowed you to troubleshoot your appliance if you need to and Smart Care interacts with your washer and dryer to perform an immediate diagnosis and offer quick solutions. It has tons of dryer settings including heavy duty, quick dry and sanitize which are some of my favorites and I really like the wrinkle release option to get your wrinkles out fast. The dryer dries fast and i like the look and design of it.

i just bought the appliance 6 days ago (may 12, 2022) and when i registered it here on-line it shows that the warranty expired in september 2021. so, basically, i don’t have a one-year warranty because the appliance isn’t a 2022 model. why is it still being sold? the 3 stars are only for the brand as i do have another samsung appliance, but i would not recommend samsung going forward unless the warranty is from the date of purchase!!
