It works pretty well but I haven't figured out the right settings to dry my clothes quickly and fully without using high heat, or maybe it's just not possible. I have to run it multiple cycles to get clothes dry and I didn't have to do this with my last dryer. I Iike that it has so many options though. I like that there's an alert when it's done. Capacity is good and it's pretty quiet, which is nice. Other than not having a full knowledge of all the settings, my only complaint is that the lint trap is difficult to open to clean it out. I have four cats so I need to clean it regularly, which is a little bit of a hassle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dryer almost 6 months and am really happy with it. The interior size is great for a large load so everything dries. The cycle lights are bright so when you turn the dial it makes it easy to see and choose the cycle you need and the same with the cycle setting lights. When the dryer cycle ends, the dryer makes a pleasant sound - kind of like a tune - not like the intrusive buzzers or high pitch beeps of others. I'm happy with my choice.

Easy to use panel offers a variety of drying times and you can set them manually. The dial for loads is even simpler, as you just dial to the type of clotes or load you are drying and then the time is preprgrammed for you.

The light inside the dryer is bright so you are able to see good. It drys clothes super fast and efficiently. You have many different options to choose for what you need to be dried. When i am dryi g my comforter and sheets they come out completely dry so i dont have to dry them again like i did with my old dryer. The noise level of this dryer is so quiet sometimes you dont even know its running. This Samsung dryer is a gem and you will love it as much as i do.

The LED panel is well lit and designed. It is easy to operate and again extremely quiet when in use. The inside light is such a GREAT FEATURE that overshadows the competition. I have used the Quick Dry, Time Dry and Sanitize settings which are a must in drying my clothes. Being able to quickly dry my clothes with the Quick Dry feature puts me in control of how much time I need and I don't have to wait around for the dryer. Using the Time Dry option also gives me control over how much time I need to dry my clothes, using this feature I can increase or decrease the amount of time I need ensuring my clothes aren't over dried or under dried. The Sanitize function gives me that extra confidence knowing that any lingering smells or odors are removed in addition to the deep drying the washer already does and this in itself is a necessity when my clothes sometimes require that extra clean when just washing/drying doesn't do. I love the subtle sound the dryer makes when each of the options are selected. I give this dryer a 10 out of 10, great job Samsung, this is definitely a GREAT DRYER !

The customer service and service technician was great though and haven't had any other problem, so figure it was a bad element? I love the sanitize function, especially in this day and age.

This dryer is by the best dryer I have encountered, the multi settings that are available for this dryers provides a laundry experience unmatched, there are some great settings on the dryer that allows for a drying experience that's unmatched, I currently enjoy the wrinkle prevention feature on the dryer that eliminates the iron when getting my clothes out of the dryer. The best setting on the dryer is the time dry which gives me more range and freedom to dry my clothes without having to monitor closely, I know that my clothes are dry in the right time and temperature with the timed dryer setting!!!

One complaint is that on NORMAL settings even with the highest dry setting, sometimes the clothes are a bit damp. Now and then it sounds like something is rubbing, may need to call that in under warranty.
