Great dryer & features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryeris the best! I love that it doesn't over dry my clothes & that it has a sensor that turns the dryer off when the clothes are dry. It also has a light inside the dryer so you can make sure that nothing is left inside. Great dryer!

Caught on FIRE after 2 months

do not buy this dryer. after a month and a half of purchasing new, the dryer started leaking water from the bottom (not from the connections). a few days after that, it started smoking and filled my house with toxic smoke in a few seconds. luckily i was right there and turned it off and unplug it before it caught my entire laundry room on fire. my air ducts are clear and was professionally installed... so i know with out a doubt it's not the dryer and not user error....I still have not been able to get it fixed or replaced...

Repeatedly Disappointed

TEMPERAMENTAL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stopped working less than a week after it arrived. Called for warranty service but it started working again. Worked great until 2 weeks ago. Stopped working again. STILL waiting on parts for warranty repair. Out of the blue started working again. Not reliable.

Love my dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dryer because dryers my clothes very fast I can put it how long I want it to dry and also it’s really quiet, have the wrinkle guard button which can take wrinkles out of my uniform. I can start and stop it at any time. Like that how I can change the setting to air fluff to quick-dry and how long I want it to for. The dryer is very quiet when drying my clothes and when i it makes a sound to me you know. I like that it cools the clothes down so things don't caught a fire.

Dryer review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My washer and dryer finally arrived! I can tell already this dryer is up to the challenge of a family of 5! With 9 preset options, even my youngest can handle the chore. The LED Panel is very well organized and lights up brightly when in use, I appreciate the larger print! Samsung gives you the option for the reminder bells, so you are in control. My favorite feature is hands down the wrinkle prevent option. No one hates ironing more than me and this is a great feature to have. Using the Sanitize option allows me to ensure my clothes are dried and extra fresh/clean and no linger odors remain and I am not afraid to say I have a stinky family. From sports to restaurant work, I need something that will take care of these odors! I actually jump up when it's time to do laundry. I can't wait to use it more!

Awesome Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife usually did the laundry in the house but since getting this dryer I am now helping more and more. This dryer is awesome, and so quiet. It's easy to use and very stylish! I like the LED lighting on the dial and display. My favorite setting on this dryer is the normal setting, but you can also set it to many different settings like quick dry etc. It's so easy to use, and it gets the closes dried in a quick time. I recommend this dryer to anyone!

Great dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a couple weeks ago when the heating element went out on the old one. Very happy with the new one so far. The control panel is easy to use, I love that the load finished alarm can be turned off. It has multiple settings that are easy to select.

Not worth purchasing & terrible customer service

I purchased this dryer 8 months ago and it stopped working mid cycle. It now won't turn on and Samsung's warranty is with a third party, who wants me (115 pound 5.5 gal) to unstack it before they come. Absolute worst customer service and quite frankly; product.

Samsung sings a lot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is great. The only thing is sometimes the sensor thinks the clothes/towels are dry and turns off when they are still damp. Otherwise it can handle large loads and does a great job on most loads.

Stackable washer dryer are space savers

dryer seems ok - settings are easy enough. the lint catcher is joke. who designed it? you can't empty it easily - you have to dig your finger in and scrape the bottom of the catch and there's a divider in the middle that makes it impossible to empty in one sweep, so you fight the lint out , just bought last week, so i'll be scrapping for a long time. really needs improvement
