It does the job in terms of dryness efficiency and overall consistency with its capacity to handle loads. I highly recommend for its precision in that I never really have to do loads over again a second time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very efficient machine I got my electric bill 2 months after purchasing and it literally cost me 1/3 less than my previous one did. Overall I'm pleased with it we don't make a lot of money but we purchased it with a tax refund so it's nice to have something new. I hope you guys have luck with yours, ours has not broke down yet. We expect to get at least 10 years out of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung dryer I own has great capacity as well as being efficient. The consistency of my clothes being dryer when it stops on any of the sensor dry settings is fantastic. There is very little noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer works pretty well. There are two complaints I have. One complaint is the dryer, when in eco mode, very often doesn't fully dry the clothes. This is very not good when it's freezing outside and you pull your work clothes out of the dryer in the morning. The other complaint is the lint trap style is not my favorite. It doesn't seem to catch things well. Now for the good. When you turn off eco mode, this dryer does very well. My clothes come out fully dry every time. The capacity is pretty good, although if you need to wash comforters often, I would recommend maybe sizing up as the dryer doesnt have room to flip comforters well. It looks great in white and has plenty of features and settings. I was a little disappointed that it doesn't come with a side discharge for the dryer vent, but I found that you can purchase it online. It's plenty quiet, although not going for any awards. I love some of the features such as wrinkle prevent and damp alert.

Ordered on 9/6. Unit was delivered on 9/14, but the delivery provider, RXO, claimed they weren't supposed to install anything (despite that being included in the purchase with Sam's), so they didn't bring any of the necessary accessories. Said we'd need to reschedule. Dryer was left in my garage. Got a call that night to schedule installation. Was told they only did that on Mondays every two weeks. So we schedule for two weeks later. They showed up yesterday, 9/28, to install the dryer. They again did not bring a cord or vent. Honestly, I'm surprised they had their own tools. Had to quickly buy both items so they would actually provide the service they'd driven out twice to perform. So my "free installation" ended up costing an additional $48 along with waiting three weeks. Dealing with RXO was a great example of dealing with incompetency. I wouldn't call or "weaponized stupidity" only because I don't think they're smart enough to be malicious. Just good old fashioned incompetence. Enough that I would encourage people to just shop elsewhere to [hopefully] avoid dealing with them.

I've had this dryer for a year and a half and the heating element has gone bad. Not good quality from where I'm sitting. The diagnostic app said d there is nothing wrong with it but it's not heating up so clearly that's wrong.

Also Everytime I would start the washer it would start at 49 minutes and few seconds later as I walked away the dryer would say it finish drying. Called in to get a replacement and now we waiting for a new one hopefully this one works

i ordered my washer and dryer on december 26th. they told me it would be delivered on january 20th which i accepted. a on january 19th the said they needed to reschedule delivery for the 22nd. then on the 21st they said they would deliver it on the 27th. on the 26th i got a call saying they could not longer send me the washer and dryer that i already paid for! i then had to talk to three useless samsung representatives who did absolutely nothing for me. i finally talked to one nice lady who finally got my order through and got me a delivery date for february 11th. now today as i am waiting for my delivery to be dropped off at my house i get a call saying i need to schedule my delivery! if you do want to order one of their washers or dryers don't not order it from their website.
