[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung dryer is awesome! I think my favorite feature is the "wrinkle prevent". I get busy throughout my day and don't always follow through with getting my clothes out right away. This feature works great for me. It's there when I am ready for it. I love all the different settings for drying my laundry, also. From how hot or cool the temperature, to how dry you actually want it. Sometimes I do like to have something "most of the way" dry but just a little damp. I also love the updated "buzzer", its just a cute little tune that sounds so much nicer than the "BZZZZZZZZZ" on my old dryer. So many options just to dry your clothes.......The sensor actually knows when your laundry is dry, too. I am anxious to try out the "sanitize" setting, but haven't yet. Not to mention how nice the set looks sitting there in the laundry area! I feel new and updated!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a household who does a LOT of laundry, we were looking to get something that was a little more cost effective and safe in our home. We have a very long vent for our current dryer and it was a real pain to keep clean. Usually we would have to clean it 2-3 times a year. With this new dryer, we will never have to do that again! Setup was a breeze, we had no problem getting it up and running and connected to the Samsung Smart Things app. Its awesome to get notifications when a cycle is done cause we are all very busy and sometimes forget that we had put a load of laundry in. The operation was pretty much the same as any dryer. There are different cycles for towels and bedding and a normal setting and things like that. I found that it performed just as good as a regular dryer in terms of the time it takes to dry things. I would say except for towels it dried just as fast or faster than a regular dryer. Towels did take a little bit longer. There is a little more maintenance as far as emptying the water tank and cleaning the lint trap and heat pump vent but that takes a very short amount of time and you don't have to do it very often. Its definitely much easier than trying to clean out a 30 foot vent pipe! Overall, we are very happy with our new dryer and highly recommend it!

The flexibility that the various settings offer means I can customize the cycle to fit whatever laundry I have. Our old dryer only had 3 settings for the temperature and only worked on timed dry, now I don't have to guess at how long to set the dryer for to get the clothes dry and not running longer than necessary. I love being able to set the desired dryness level for the finished laundry and the wrinkle saver option. There is a light inside that helps make sure I get all the laundry out and am not leaving socks behind.

dryer seems ok - settings are easy enough. the lint catcher is joke. who designed it? you can't empty it easily - you have to dig your finger in and scrape the bottom of the catch and there's a divider in the middle that makes it impossible to empty in one sweep, so you fight the lint out , just bought last week, so i'll be scrapping for a long time. really needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dryer so far- have only had it for a few weeks but so far have not had any issues. It works great, it is sleek and looks good in the space. Although I didn't need to stack this unit I like that I have the option to stack them if needed. Good balance between price and features. I particularly like the lint trap as it seems like it is really easy to clean and prevents lint from dropping down into the machine which down the line will prevent me from having to do extensive cleaning of lint build up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very quiet and hardly notice it running. I like the different options for different types of laundry or items needed to dry. I like that it isn’t abnormally large and unnecessarily wide or tall , but the inside drum is gigantic!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice Ventless Dryer with a lot of drying settings to accommodate any type of material you are trying to dry, like delicate, wool, steam to prevent wrinkles, ect.. my personal favorite is the towel setting it helps the towels come out nice fluffy and soft. I also like the fact that it is ventless so it makes it easier to put anywhere that you don't have access to run a vent outside. The smart app comes in handy if you want to wait to start a load after a certain time or if you even forget to turn on your dryer before you leave the house, you can just open your app, control the settings and start your dryer from anywhere.

I never really paid attention to energy efficiency before, but since this model heavily advertised it, I decided to connect an energy meter to my home’s electrical panel to compare usage. Despite requiring its own 30A outlet (compared to the old unit’s 20A), the difference in energy consumption is massive—this dryer uses about 60–70% less energy per load than the gas dryer did. That’s a big win. When researching heat pump technology, I was prepared for longer drying times, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by this dryer’s performance. It handles loads effectively, even with the gentler heat cycle that comes with the auto-dry feature. I’m pretty meticulous with my laundry—similar fabrics together, jeans inside out, no dryer sheets—and I’ve noticed that the lower, more even heat is much gentler on my clothing compared to the high, direct heat from my old gas dryer. Connecting the unit to SmartThings was quick and seamless. I didn’t realize how useful a notification for a completed load would be until I had it. I haven’t dived into all the custom load options yet (the interface seemed a little overwhelming at first glance), but so far, auto-dry has handled everything from towels to delicates without issue. Overall, I’m impressed with the energy efficiency and performance of this ventless heat pump dryer. It does take a little longer than my old unit, but the trade-off in energy savings and fabric care is well worth it. I’m looking forward to seeing how it holds up over time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer in November and it broke after two weeks. But Samsung helped us out with a totally brand new one 2 months later, finally. After calling every single day. But before it broke it worked really well and we enjoyed it while it lasted. Hopefully the new one doesn’t do the same thing as the last one.
