Was amazing until it stopped working exactly three weeks after the 12 month warranty ran out. 13 months is TOO SOON to be requiring repair for an appliance we don't even use every day. Ridiculous not dependable.

It runs quietly and now that I’ve had time to learn, everything comes out dry. Plus I have learned to enjoy it “singing” to me when it finishes the cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Samsung product and I am enjoying my purchase! This dryer is a more basic model, but has everything I need, from customizable settings to Sensor Dry! There are also preset settings too. There's a lint filter indicator too (looks like two overlapping grids)! I tend to clean my filter out after every use, if I remember to, but this is a great icon. Also, the lint filter is a container type, so can hold up a decent amount of lint. The dryer itself also holds a good amount (especially given the space it takes up - not a lot). The price is also great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in a duplex and our washer and dryer are in the center of the house so we have roughly a 30 foot vent tube from our dryer to the outside. It's a hassle to keep clean and very difficult to do since its so long. As soon as I heard about these heat pump dryers I just had to give one a try! These are definitely very sophisticated systems, but it works very well! At first I was skeptical that it would double my drying time and things like that. But I was definitely proven wrong! Installation is a breeze, you hook up the power cable, run a drain tube (optional) and you are pretty much good to go! Just make sure you have the drain line running out of the right hose or you will have quite a wet mess on your floor (as we found out). The operation is just as simple and easy as any regular dryer. There are many different settings from normal, to bedding, to towels and things like that. I found that with everything except towels this dryer works just as fast or faster as a regular dryer. Towels used to take a little over an hour to dry in our old dryer, in this one it takes about an hour and a half or maybe a little longer. That's totally fine with me if I save money on energy costs and don't have to clean out a 30 foot tube filled with dryer lint twice a year! There is a little bit more maintenance you have to do on this compared to a standard dryer. The lint trap is a little more complicated (and I'm not sure why) There is an outer and inner filter that has to be cleaned. You also need to vacuum out the coils maybe once a month or so (which onlt takes a couple minutes) There is also a slide out water tank that you have to empty after every couple loads (unless you have a drain line hooked up). overall, this is a great dryer, and I'm glad we decided to give it a try. If you are on the fence, I can tell you that it does work, and works very well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a basic dryer and this has more features than I need; it was husband's choice because he tested doors and felt this model had best solid door and closure. Since it is located in our basement, I wish the dryer completion song was louder, I'm used to a loud buzzer. Features that I am pleased with are the inside drum light, the front lint trap, and the digital countdown of drying time left for the clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look and feel of the dryer and the feature set. We bought this to replace our existing dryer that started rattling. Install was easy enough, but the size was deeper than expected. I should have measured but thought it would be relatively similar to my Neptune. In terms of performance, it takes a bit longer than I would want to dry large loads. It isn’t significantly slower than my previous so we are okay. Just wanted to inform that it may be good to limit load size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love new appliances so when we received our new Samsung electric dryer I was so excited to get it set up and turned on. I don’t recall many times in my life I enjoy doing laundry except when receiving a new machine so I washed some clothes just so i could dry them. This dryer has 7.5cu ft of drying s[ace which is pretty large. It’s definitely a large capacity dryer and has 10 drying cycles and 5 temperature settings. It sports duel heaters dries laundry by alternating between two different heat sources, resulting in less overall energy use at lower temperatures. It also has moisture sensors which is really cool and protects laundry from heat damage by automatically shutting off the dryer when clothes are dry. The lint fill indicator tell you when you need to clean it out and you can revers the door which i really like having the option of doing. The smart care app allowed you to troubleshoot your appliance if you need to and Smart Care interacts with your washer and dryer to perform an immediate diagnosis and offer quick solutions. It has tons of dryer settings including heavy duty, quick dry and sanitize which are some of my favorites and I really like the wrinkle release option to get your wrinkles out fast. The dryer dries fast and i like the look and design of it.
