Since it is located in our basement, I wish the dryer completion song was louder, I’m used to a loud buzzer. Features that I am pleased with are the inside drum light, the front lint trap, and the digital countdown of drying time left for the clothes

Lifelong Samsung user BUT the 7.5 cu. ft. Electric Dryer has just about gotten on my last nerve. From day one when the dryer tumbles it hits the outside of the dryer metal part making a thumping noise. It’s super annoying and not the least but quiet. You can actually see and feel it hit the sides as it’s tumbling. Unacceptable for the amount of money things costs these days. I’ve googled other reviews and turns out I’m not alone with this problem. Sounds like a defect and should not be sold in this condition. If your looking for a quiet tumble dryer this is NOT a the best choice,

This is the first dryer I have ever had where the dryer is finished before the next load of laundry is washed. My clothes come out wrinkle free and dry. No need to check the load to make sure it doesn’t need more time. We chose to stack our set and it was a breeze to do. The dryer inside is so big is fits a king size comforter with ease. I also love how the dryer lets me know it’s complete by a cute little tune and not the loud buzzer with my old one. No more getting scared to death by a loud buzzing.

I don’t recall many times in my life I enjoy doing laundry except when receiving a new machine so I washed some clothes just so i could dry them. This dryer has 7.5cu ft of drying s[ace which is pretty large. It’s definitely a large capacity dryer and has 10 drying cycles and 5 temperature settings. It sports duel heaters dries laundry by alternating between two different heat sources, resulting in less overall energy use at lower temperatures. It also has moisture sensors which is really cool and protects laundry from heat damage by automatically shutting off the dryer when clothes are dry. The lint fill indicator tell you when you need to clean it out and you can revers the door which i really like having the option of doing. The smart care app allowed you to troubleshoot your appliance if you need to and Smart Care interacts with your washer and dryer to perform an immediate diagnosis and offer quick solutions. It has tons of dryer settings including heavy duty, quick dry and sanitize which are some of my favorites and I really like the wrinkle release option to get your wrinkles out fast. The dryer dries fast and i like the look and design of it.

I purchased this dryer 8 months ago and it stopped working mid cycle. It now won't turn on and Samsung's warranty is with a third party, who wants me (115 pound 5.5 gal) to unstack it before they come. Absolute worst customer service and quite frankly; product.

The 360 Air Flow even makes my towels softer. I like the automatic dry sensor. The smart things app lets me know when the clothes are dry, with a quick reminder to my phone. Have I mentioned my wife hates wrinkled clothes. The reversible dryer door was a great plus as our connections are backwards and we can now use the door correctly.
