Like! Bought 2 one Broken!

Bought 2 of these. One works great! Other one never did work! The on button was broken. Unable to return.

Sorry that your Thermacell repeller is not working. Have you checked to see if your device is heating or if the mat needs to be replaced? Mats should have a bit of blue color left/ A good indicator that your device is on and heating up is seeing the orange glow in the view window that can be found at the top of your repeller. If you are still having trouble, contact us directly and we will help you out.

Apparently the new pads are supposed to be blue! Mine are white and don’t work!!
