Nice model but unfortunately it does not seem to work 100% over here. There are less mosquitoes but we have it installed 3 feet in front of us and the mosquitoes are still attacking us.

I have been reviewing this for a few days now and it doesn't last long and it didn't keep the Mosquito's and bugs away. It wouldn't stay lite either and I would rather have something that will last for awhile then something that doesn't plus you have to buy the butane thermacell's and the pads for the top. It's not worth the money in my opinion.

Our porch has not been a pleasant place to sit this summer with mosquitoes and gnats pestering us but this thermocell really keeps them away! You won’t be disappointed!!

It seems to do an ok job (but not at all perfect) in keep mosquitoes away. Very finicky in terms of getting it started and it not shutting itself off intermittently. The hours projected for the blue inserts also seems inaccurate.

This small, lightweight canister sits relatively unobtrusively on the patio table. It is easy to light, and has done so consistently since I got it about a month ago. It takes 10 or 15 minutes for the repellent to start to fend off mosquitoes. It lasts about 10 to 12 hours. I wish I would have bought the larger repellent but for now this works well inside our mosquito-netted gazebo.

Had no noticeable effect. Tried using at our suburban home on the backyard patio as well as the front yard porch. Each time, started at least 30 minutes before any mosquitos were typically noticed. Regrettably, they arrived like clockwork, unaffected, and in swarms.

Mosquito repeller works very well! The immediate area is much more comfortable than before. The only problem is that one canister only lasts a maximum of 12 hours, and the pads about 4. So unless you are using it for a short period of time and not overnight, expect to purchase refills often.

I bought the Thermacell for a camping trip. My whole family loved it so much they all planning to buy one themselves and to gift them to friends as well! This helped with the mosquitos and flies even! It was so nice to have. Will not be outside without one! .

I have several Thermacell units for fishing and hunting. I love these units. This is the fist one I have bought to use just at home. The small patio I have this unit covers it no problem, The larger the area the more you need, each covers about 15ft.

Like many of the other reviews, it worked when I could get it to light and stay lite. And like other reviews, you can't tell how long it lasts because it goes out after you light and just expells gas wasting your gas cartridge. I guess if you're lucky enough to get one that lights all the time and stays lite, it will be good. But I'm taking this one back.
