The cartridge should last up to 12 hrs. Sometimes, consumers forget to twist the repeller into the off position and it can use up your fuel. Sorry that your Thermacell repeller is not working. Have you checked to see if your device is heating or if the mat needs to be replaced? Mats should have a bit of blue color left/ A good indicator that your device is on and heating up is seeing the orange glow in the view window that can be found at the top of your repeller. If you are still having trouble, contact us directly and we will help you out.

Before you reach out, we would suggest trying two things: 1) Please ensure you see a small light through the view hole to ensure the device is on. 2) If your device will not turn on, please let the fuel flow for 2 minutes without pressing start.
