To the reviewer who is belly aching about supply .... you do realize that we are in the middle of a pandemic and many manufacturers are still experiencing supply chain difficulties. There are hundreds of products which have yet to rebound. Get a grip 1st worlder.

Thermacell Patio Shield Mosquito Repeller Bonus Pack with 48 Hours of Mosquito Protection works just fine. Mosquitos are attracted to our family and it is hard for us to enjoy outside but with thermacell patio shield repeller is became possible for us to enjoy the weather without getting bit. It doesn't cover that much of the area but works fine for small areas.

Received this item from Thermacell to test. It has worked as great as all other thermacell products. Would like to see a change made to have the top clip onto the base during use so it does not get misplaced. Already had to look for it a couple of times after someone moved it.

I have the old patio lanterns and bought this recently. It looks much nicer on my patio table and is easier to operate as far as switching the butane cartridge and the ignition. On the old lantern, it was hard for some people to get their fingers in the slots to open the bottom to change the cartridge. This model is much easier as you unscrew the base. It works just as well as all Thermacell products I've tried which are the only things that keep the mosquitos off of me, except for spray-on repellant, which I'd rather not use constantly. I love the design and that there is a lid, so I can leave it outside even if its raining, which happens most afternoons in our part of Florida.

It works so well that the mosquitos and flies have swarmed our small, outdoor patio. They’re so enamored with the “repellant” that they land on the units and happily hang out there until dive bombing us. Unfortunately, we purchased two before we knew better and we are as immersed in disappointment as we are in bites.

I bought this product a few weeks ago and it is amazing! I like that it's not a plug in so I can take it places. I bring it to the baseball field because the Mosquitos all always out making it hard for us to enjoy the games. I would definitely recommend.

I was so excited to purchase this only to make myself look like a fool in front of company as it does not work. I’m wondering if you have the option that if the pad is placed is backwards, it attracts the misquotes Having this on attracts the bugs and lots of bites.

We rec'd & tested yesterday. Mosquitos were in the shop, & biting, until we lit it. The dogs & we were unmolested afterwards. Convenient features: A free-standing unit; mat storage in the barrel of the unit; weatherproof; same lighting mechanism as the hunting Thermacells. I'm sold!

We love living beside the woods, but the mosquitoes can be brutal making it difficult to sit outside in the evenings. After getting quotes for those roll down screens for our back patio ($9,000 to $15,000... uh, no thank you!) and not wanting to install permanent screens, I found this little device and it has been a life saver!!! We turn it on (it makes no sound, no smell, no flame) and in a few minutes the mosquitoes are gone and we can comfortably sit outside. We tested it in cottage country last week and found the same result. It would be a great gift for anyone who enjoys camping because it is so small and lightweight to pack. Two thumbs up for this genius invention!!!

My dad has one since he has a pond in his backyard and it worked so well I had to by one. The mosquitos eat my daughter and husband up so bad and it really works to keep them bite free!! When I first bought it and turned it on I thought it didn’t light but after a few seconds you see the flame!! If the mosquitos love you, you need one or two of these!!
