I am amazed with this new printer! It is everything a printer should be! It is quick, does double sided printing consistently with ease, was easy to set up, produces beautiful photos, and it prints on heavier paper—in fact, has so many wonderful settings I haven’t used them all yet! Thank you for carrying this Epson EcoTank!

I love this printer for photo printing. The pictures are clean and sharp, and look great! I’ve only printed 4 x 6, so I don’t know how the 8 x 10 will look, but I’m anticipating great! I haven’t printed anything else yet, but I’ve printed about 100 photos so far, and I’ve still got a lot of ink, so I anticipate saving money on ink costs. Best to use Epson paper, I have some other photo paper that is thicker, and I had to do one paper at a time in the feeder, because it kept saying it was jammed, even though it wasn’t. I haven’t tried copying yet or printing on regular paper except the test.

Excellent printer. I bought it for photo printing and graphic printer in other words heavy color ink usage. I like the fact it uses separate ink colors bc ink usage between colors is not the same. The ink is expensive for this printer but you are replacing all of it everytime. The print quality is fantastic. My photos and graphics tirn out gorgeous.

Excellent quality. I was able to print high quality landscape of 8.5" by 23" on a single sheet using the rear paper feed. Having three different paper feeds makes for versatile home use.

I am still learning and everything works perfectly. Nice to have all paper loaded. All printing is fast and the colors are the best. The ink filling and monitor windows let you know exactly what you have remaining. The best I have seen or used.

Exceptional photo printer. Better than commercial printing services. Not cheap but worth every penny.

I am very impressed with the quality of this printer. It was super simple to set up as the instructions were in detail and easy to follow. Operation of the printer either manually or wireless has been flawless. I also really like the way you can refill the cartridge tanks.

Does a fine job with photos. Slightly off with saturation a bit too much...but haven't loaded my color Profiles from PS yet. This photo style printer is in my opinion the best type of printer 95% of the people who need a photo style could buy. My last Epson photo style lasted 14 years.

One of the best printers I've ever owned. Since samsclub didn't mention it, this printer can: • Print or Copy to CD/DVD lets you print a variety of projects onto a CD/DVD or jewel case insert: • Print on CD/DVD lets you print one or more photos from a memory card or external USB device directly onto an ink jet-printable CD, DVD, or Blu-ray Disc. If you want, you can first print a test design on plain paper. • Print on Jewel Case lets you print a photo from a memory card or external USB device onto a CD/DVD jewel case insert. Your product automatically resizes the photo to fit, but you can also print multiple thumbnail images formatted to fit on a jewel case insert. After the insert is printed, you can cut and fold it to fit. It's not as easy to print on CD/DVDs as my old Epson 870 and the paper eject tray slides in and out slowly, and stays out after printing until you manually retract it, so 1 star off for those things, but otherwise, it's a great printer.

I purchased this item thinking I was receiving what was listed the ET-8550 I even called and spoke to someone about the item before I placed the order. She assured me that I was getting the ET-8550 and she spoke to someone in engineering department and said that this is what I would be receiving and even gave me a reference number. I received my order today and to my surprise it was the ET-8500 instead. When I called them they were not accommodating at all but want me to return it back to them for a refund. I have to drive over an hour just to take this to a FEDEX location. She would not give me a replacement of the correct item. Just that it's an error on their end. So I am out of a printer and have to use my gas to return it.
