We're sorry a loyal Dawn fan like you is having this experience, since our Dawn Platinum Powerwash Dish Spray is designed to deliver rapid cleaning power. To achieve best results, we suggest making sure you're scraping all chunks of food and grease from cookware before applying the spray. As well, only add water during rinsing. If water is added earlier, it'll dilute the cleaning power of the product. If you're washing heavily soiled dishes, we recommend letting the spray foam suds sit for 3-4 minutes, then wipe and rinse.
