If you notice that your bottle is caving in, try fully squeezing the trigger a few times into the sink, making sure the trigger is fully depressed. This should allow your bottle to return to its normal state! If that doesn't work, however, remove the sprayer from the bottle and reconnecting, making sure that the dip tube (the little tube inside) is facing the same direction as the sprayer and in the corner of the bottle when you reconnect the sprayer. In order to prevent the bottle from caving in in the future, make sure you're fully squeezing the trigger each time you use your PowerWash. We're so sorry that happened to you. Make sure that the yellow dots on the nozzle are completely lined up to form a circle. The yellow circle must be lined up exactly in order for the trigger to spray. If the yellow circle is off, even by a little bit, it can permanently damage the trigger.
