Nothing wrong with these fiber capsules, the downgraded rating is for all the times I've gone to ick them up and they are out of stock. Haven't supply chain issues been resolved??

Having to take 5 capsules to get a mere 2mg of fiber is a bit much. I was not able to use this supplement due to other medications I need. I should have read the directions and warnings before making the decision to try this product.

These supplements are just one part of by my ear chest to deal with constipation. I've used them over the past many years except when Sam's didn't have them.

I finally found a supplement that requires 1 capsule daily, and not difficult to swallow. All other simular supplements of this product required 2 capsules daily. This product works well.

I haven't been able to find my preferred Citrucel powder so I tried these as a substitute. The diretions are 5 tablets 4 times a day! The most I ever took was 15 in a day. These tablets upset my stomach and caused uncomfortable bloating.

I take these because I had my gallbladder removed and have had bowl movement issues ever since. These help me from running to the bathroom after a meal. I'm like a regular person with a gallbladder…lol

Three years ago I began to have problems with IBS. I take this product before every meal and now my IBS is under control. Life is back to normal again. I am so grateful! Sam's brand works great. The name brand is way too expensive for constant use.

Just a typical fiber supplement. Make sure to acclimate yourself. Doesn't seem to be any fillers or anything in the pills. I'm not sure if the gelatin is pork or bovine based either. But it is what it preaches. Just three ingredients.

I was looking for something to regulate me after the holidays, since all I ate was sweets!! These fiber pills are the best remedy to regulate me and get my body back to it's regular schedule. I eould highly recommend them!!
