I love taking the capsules better than taking by the spoon full. The only thing you have to be sure to take them one at a time with plenty of water. They are very soft and easy to swallow. I know if you give them a try you will like them too.

Having to take 5 capsules to get a mere 2mg of fiber is a bit much. I was not able to use this supplement due to other medications I need. I should have read the directions and warnings before making the decision to try this product.
