We love this product but are not always able to find in store so I made sure to order 2 when I found it online.

Psyllium husk, states to take 5 capsules 4x a day to resolve digestive health, blood sugar, & constipation. Capules are rather large and I would only use when needed for constipation.. Keep in cupboard for occasion use

It is getting harder and harder for me to find these capsules because my particular Sam's club near Tinker AFB has chosen to not carry many items that I use to routinely get there, such as these fiber capsules. When I enquire as to why. I was told because this Sam's club is in a poorer part of town. I have been using this product daily for years and years. And it is a real problem to have to drive across town to get the items I need.

I have suffered from IBSD for over 45 years and this product has been the only one to have offered me some control and relief from Irritable Bowel Syndrom Diarrhea. It is the best Fiber available on the market in my opinion and I highly recommend it!

As with most fiber supplement products, one must take a significant amount to achieve the desired benefits; in this case, five capsules four times a day. The bottle provides a 20 day supply at 100 cal per day using the recommended metric. In my opinion, there are other easier, better ways to get fiber into one's diet.

For some reason, you have to order these for shipping instead of picking them up at the club. Why? It's a pain and there's a long delay, and if you don't have a "plus" membership it's not even worth doing because the total comes to more than what you can get at other stores.

Make sure you check out the daily dosage...it is suggested to take 5 capsules 4 times daily. This is absurd in my opinion. What I thought was a good deal turned out to be not so. If you took the required amount the 800 capsules will only last 40 days. I was very disappointed and will not purchase again.

Read the label carefully! May contain lead clearly on label. I returned my 2 bottles without ever opening them.

The capsules are very large and might be difficult for some people to swallow. The bottle states that the statements on the bottle have not been evaluated by the FDA. The dosage suggestion is to take 2-5 capsules 4 times a day. I don't have time to keep track of how many or how often I have taken this supplement. For me it's a no for ‘this product.

The label states that this product contains lead! How in the heck in today's environment could a product be allowed to contain Lead? It also states that this product will interfere with medications. I just threw them all away without ever taking one..
