I got this Fiber Capsules in the first part of December and did not want to review it until I had used the product for some time. Product says it promotes digestive health, healthy blood sugar levels and healthy cholesterol levels. I cannot speak to the lower sugar levels and lower cholesterol levels for I did not get a blood test. What I can say at first it bloats you and then you are going to the bathroom at all times during the day. So the regularity statement is a fact. You have to take 5 capsules 4 times a day. The pills are larger than normal but easy to swallow. If you feel like you need to poop 4 times a day, it will do the trick.

Member Mark Fiber capsules have two health benefits that I need in one product. I have both diabetes and high cholesterol. I have been unable to take prescription medication's for diabetes or cholesterol due to severe side effects. These capsules are small and easy to swallow. As a new user, I am just taking three caplets a day but will increase as tolerated possibly up to five capsules four times per day as suggested. So far I have not had any adverse effects while taking this product. I really liked this is not another prescription medication but a safe natural product. I'm hoping to see my cholesterol numbers come down as well as my blood sugar A1c.

A good option for a fiber supplement. Less expensive then some of the major brands. Each container has 400 easy to swallow capsules. Each capsule contains 100% Natural Psyllium Husk. Leaves no after taste in my mouth. Child proof cap is easier to open than most. I would purchase again.

I takr these Fiber Pills every morning but Im not sure if they're working at all. My digestive system may be a little off due to all the meds I need to take. At 74 years old, I guess it's too be expected. So, although Im taking Fiber to help, I really can't recommend these pills.
