The capsules are a convenient size that are easy to swallow. Psyllium husk (the main ingredient) is very safe and in fact is commonly used in vegan baking as a substitute for eggs. All of that said these will only take you so far. A "serving size" of 5 capsules will only provide 7% of the recommended daily dietary fiber intake. My reason for only 3 stars is a recognition that you still will need to get a substantial amount of fiber from your daily diet. For me personally it is probably easier to try and adjust my diet rather than take another supplement daily, but this certainly is a valid way to supplement.

I have been using a brand name fiber powder to help with constipation problems. The powder is expensive and I don't like the taste. I was so happy to find these Member's Mark Fiber Capsules! They are tasteless, easy to swallow, and they get the job done at a lower cost. It's a win, win as far as I'm concerned!

This product has the same ingredients as my current product. I am in the process of using this product in my daily routine of vitamins. There should be no difference in quality as almost all of Sam's products that I am using have the same high standards as the name brand products only at a lower cost. I definitely will continue to use the Member's Mark Fiber Capsules in my daily routine.

Member Mark Fiber capsules have two health benefits that I need in one product. I have both diabetes and high cholesterol. I have been unable to take prescription medication's for diabetes or cholesterol due to severe side effects. These capsules are small and easy to swallow. As a new user, I am just taking three caplets a day but will increase as tolerated possibly up to five capsules four times per day as suggested. So far I have not had any adverse effects while taking this product. I really liked this is not another prescription medication but a safe natural product. I'm hoping to see my cholesterol numbers come down as well as my blood sugar A1c.

This is the first time I tried this brand of fiber capsules and I have to say, I am very happy with them. I like the size of the capsule itself so it's easy to swallow. The Fiber Capsules are great way of getting your extra fiber daily. It really helps me lowering my cholesterol and triglycerides numbers. It also help you on your regularity. I don't take the recommended amount on the bottle, unusually take 6 capsules a day. Need to drink adequate fluid, i usually do at least 16 oz of water when i take the capsules.
