Members Mark Fiber Capsules are so much better than any other Fiber pills I have found, while they was out of stock I purchased from another place they did NOT work as good as the Members Mark brand. I would recommend this brand without hesitation. So if you're looking for a fiber supplement this is a great pick and try it for yourself.

this helped me with my daily constipation problems. it has also helped me lose weight. when i take the recommended amt. with a full glass of water it really does make me feel full!I was recently on an extended vacation and it certainly helped me enjoy vacation more!

Doesn't work nearly as well as Metamucil. I thought capsules would be easier than mixing the meta with water and chugging it down. They don't seem to work at all so wasted money on this purchase. Most Members mark items are very good. These not so much.

I tried this product for 1 week and I don't think it's for me. I like the fact that it's multifunctional but I chose the basic “keeping me regular” option. I'm usually almost everyday regular but I didn't have a BM for almost 4 days and it was uncomfortable and not an experience I would care to go thru again. As for the other options, I'm not a person that would take 5 capsules 4 times per day.

The Fiber Capsules are great way of getting your extra fiber daily. It really helps me lowering my cholesterol and triglycerides numbers. It also help you on your regularity. I don't take the recommended amount on the bottle, unusually take 6 capsules a day. Need to drink adequate fluid, i usually do at least 16 oz of water when i take the capsules.

This product has the same ingredients as my current product. I am in the process of using this product in my daily routine of vitamins. There should be no difference in quality as almost all of Sam's products that I am using have the same high standards as the name brand products only at a lower cost. I definitely will continue to use the Member's Mark Fiber Capsules in my daily routine.

I have not used it really long enough to be sure if it is helping or changing bowel habits. However, I do find it much more convenient to swallow a capsule or two and not having to stir less tasty powder into something soluble to drink. Many fiber powders alter the taste of things, so the capsule would be much better for anyone with sensitive taste buds.
