I received the product this past Saturday, December 24, 2022 through the United States Postal Service. It came in a single bottle with 400 Capsules. I started thanking them that day per the recommendation amount listed on the label. It said to give it a few days to take effect.

this helped me with my daily constipation problems. it has also helped me lose weight. when i take the recommended amt. with a full glass of water it really does make me feel full!I was recently on an extended vacation and it certainly helped me enjoy vacation more!

Some of the best psyllium husks produced. However, the markup is astronomical! There are people who desperately need psyllium husk for aiding in digestion and fiber intake. Sam's is pricing people out of being healthy with the markup on this product.

I received the Members Mark Fiber Capsules today in the mail. Directions say to take one capsule per day to start out. Without having tried them yet I can't really comment on the effectiveness. The directions all so say to take in an upright position and to take the fiber capsule 2 hours before or after other medications! I find that might be a deal breaker.

Members Mark Fiber Capsules are so much better than any other Fiber pills I have found, while they was out of stock I purchased from another place they did NOT work as good as the Members Mark brand. My doctor instructed me to take 15 psyllium capsules per day. The well known and advertised brand would be quite expensive. When I found the MY Sam's club provided this generic I decided to give it a try. The results exactly satisfy those anticipated by myself and my care providers.

I tried this product for 1 week and I don't think it's for me. I like the fact that it's multifunctional but I chose the basic “keeping me regular” option. I'm usually almost everyday regular but I didn't have a BM for almost 4 days and it was uncomfortable and not an experience I would care to go thru again. As for the other options, I'm not a person that would take 5 capsules 4 times per day.

The required number of daily pills is a little daunting as you must take them 2 hours before of after other medication. The benefits of maintaining a healthy blood sugar is most appealing to me. It is too early to tell the benefits but hopefully they will be positive! The pills have a very slight odor but nothing that you would notice without really looking for it and the pill size is manageable.
