For some reason, you have to order these for shipping instead of picking them up at the club. Why? It's a pain and there's a long delay, and if you don't have a "plus" membership it's not even worth doing because the total comes to more than what you can get at other stores.

I have suffered with IBSD (Irritable Bowel Syndrome Diarrhea) for 45+ years. Over that period, I have tried everything from Keopectate,to Metamucil, prescription drugs, etc. in my quest to control the diarrhea. I have found these Fiber Capules to be the best control of a low cost non-prescription supplement to help prevent me from suffering chronic diarrhea. I have been on this brand for a number of years now and am so thankful it is on the market!

Thanks for the great price. Couldn't find this anywhere else for anywhere near this price. I just wish it was available at my local Sam's Club instead of just on line.

Good price ordered and had shipped to me because for some reason it has not been stocked at the Sams in our town for a while. Really helps with regularity. Can tell when I am not taking for a couple of days.

The capsules are a convenient size that are easy to swallow. Psyllium husk (the main ingredient) is very safe and in fact is commonly used in vegan baking as a substitute for eggs. All of that said these will only take you so far. A "serving size" of 5 capsules will only provide 7% of the recommended daily dietary fiber intake. My reason for only 3 stars is a recognition that you still will need to get a substantial amount of fiber from your daily diet. For me personally it is probably easier to try and adjust my diet rather than take another supplement daily, but this certainly is a valid way to supplement.

This product has the same ingredients as my current product. I am in the process of using this product in my daily routine of vitamins. There should be no difference in quality as almost all of Sam's products that I am using have the same high standards as the name brand products only at a lower cost. I definitely will continue to use the Member's Mark Fiber Capsules in my daily routine.

This is the first time I tried this brand of fiber capsules and I have to say, I am very happy with them. I like the size of the capsule itself so it's easy to swallow. I am also very happy with how well they keep you regular so they certainly seem to be doing their job! The price is great too so it's an awesome value for the money.

The required number of daily pills is a little daunting as you must take them 2 hours before of after other medication. The benefits of maintaining a healthy blood sugar is most appealing to me. It is too early to tell the benefits but hopefully they will be positive! The pills have a very slight odor but nothing that you would notice without really looking for it and the pill size is manageable.

Serving size for these are kind of excessive to me. Per directions for gut health, you take 2-5 pills 4x's a day. For cholesterol and blood sugar levels, it's 5 pills 4x's a day. For me, I feel there are better ways to get fiber such as incorporating things into my diet. However, these are fine for a supplement and these may be what some people need. They are somewhat large, so word of warning for those who may struggle with that.

The ingredient in the capsules are from natural psyllium husks and are easy to swallow I much prefer the safe natural products over pharmaceutical alternatives in addition, the capsules are much more convenient than mixing powdered fiber products in water. The Members Mark capsules help with my regularity and make me feel fuller, longer. I recommend this product.
