Make sure you check out the daily dosage...it is suggested to take 5 capsules 4 times daily. This is absurd in my opinion. What I thought was a good deal turned out to be not so. If you took the required amount the 800 capsules will only last 40 days. I was very disappointed and will not purchase again.

The capsules are very large and might be difficult for some people to swallow. The bottle states that the statements on the bottle have not been evaluated by the FDA. The dosage suggestion is to take 2-5 capsules 4 times a day. I don't have time to keep track of how many or how often I have taken this supplement. For me it's a no for ‘this product.

Good price ordered and had shipped to me because for some reason it has not been stocked at the Sams in our town for a while. Really helps with regularity. Can tell when I am not taking for a couple of days.

Rather than the tedium of salads or greens, fruits and vegetables, these fiber pills work just as good, if not better. From a cost-effective perspective, they're far more practical at 5 capsules per day, in ensuring regular bowel movements and lessoning the chance of a hernia from straining while defecating.

This and one other item were supposed to be delivered. They were delivered to the Post Office and were sitting under our box on the floor of the post office lobby. There was no box, bag or even a name on the item as to whom it belonged. I knew I had ordered these items but sure did not expect them to be left on the floor of the post office with no name on them. We live in a rural area and I understand that items can be left out at our front gate, which is definitely OK but not unmarked on the post office floor.

I have used this brand of fiber caps for years and they work well for me. Until this year, I've always bought them in the Sam's Club store. Now, it seems they're only available online. Even though I get free shipping as a plus member, it's still an inconvenience. Please bring them back to your store.

Doesn't work nearly as well as Metamucil. I thought capsules would be easier than mixing the meta with water and chugging it down. They don't seem to work at all so wasted money on this purchase. Most Members mark items are very good. These not so much.

My gastroenterologist has always told me I needed more fiber in my diet but I was never able to achieve the amount I was supposed to have. These pills have done that for me and I don't have to stop to figure out what I ate and then check to see how much fiber I had eaten.

My husband was happy to get a large bottle of Member's Mark Fiber Capsules to review. He has taken the Sam's Club brand for several years and insists they help keep his digestive health regulated. Taken once a day in the morning helps with his BM daily.
