I have suffered with IBSD (Irritable Bowel Syndrome Diarrhea) for 45+ years. Over that period, I have tried everything from Keopectate,to Metamucil, prescription drugs, etc. in my quest to control the diarrhea. I have found these Fiber Capules to be the best control of a low cost non-prescription supplement to help prevent me from suffering chronic diarrhea. I have been on this brand for a number of years now and am so thankful it is on the market!

Member's Mark fiber capsules are a great solution for problems with regularity. Most of us need more fiber in our diet to assist with regularity. This is an easy and perfect solution. PSYLLIUM Fiber is very effective. The capsules are normal size and easy to take. It's supposed to help maintain healthy blood sugar levels and lower cholesterol. I like the Member's Mark brand quality and price.

Good price ordered and had shipped to me because for some reason it has not been stocked at the Sams in our town for a while. Really helps with regularity. Can tell when I am not taking for a couple of days.

This and one other item were supposed to be delivered. They were delivered to the Post Office and were sitting under our box on the floor of the post office lobby. There was no box, bag or even a name on the item as to whom it belonged. I knew I had ordered these items but sure did not expect them to be left on the floor of the post office with no name on them. We live in a rural area and I understand that items can be left out at our front gate, which is definitely OK but not unmarked on the post office floor.

I received the Members Mark Fiber Capsules today in the mail. Directions say to take one capsule per day to start out. Without having tried them yet I can't really comment on the effectiveness. The directions all so say to take in an upright position and to take the fiber capsule 2 hours before or after other medications! I find that might be a deal breaker.

Some of the best psyllium husks produced. However, the markup is astronomical! There are people who desperately need psyllium husk for aiding in digestion and fiber intake. Sam's is pricing people out of being healthy with the markup on this product.

My doctor instructed me to take 15 psyllium capsules per day. The well known and advertised brand would be quite expensive. When I found the MY Sam's club provided this generic I decided to give it a try. The results exactly satisfy those anticipated by myself and my care providers.

This product has the same ingredients as my current product. I am in the process of using this product in my daily routine of vitamins. There should be no difference in quality as almost all of Sam's products that I am using have the same high standards as the name brand products only at a lower cost. I definitely will continue to use the Member's Mark Fiber Capsules in my daily routine.

The Fiber Capsules are great way of getting your extra fiber daily. It really helps me lowering my cholesterol and triglycerides numbers. It also help you on your regularity. I don't take the recommended amount on the bottle, unusually take 6 capsules a day. Need to drink adequate fluid, i usually do at least 16 oz of water when i take the capsules.
