Most nutritionists recommend a balanced diet with a variety of foods high in fiber. This recommended diet contains fiber that helps maintain intestinal health. Members Mark Fiber Capsules are and inexpensive alternative to add fiber to your diet. Personally, I take three capsules once a day, with plenty of water. The ingredient in the capsules are from natural psyllium husks and are easy to swallow I much prefer the safe natural products over pharmaceutical alternatives in addition, the capsules are much more convenient than mixing powdered fiber products in water. The Members Mark capsules help with my regularity and make me feel fuller, longer. I recommend this product.

As far as these capsules working, yes they do the job. However, they're too much trouble to take. The directions are labor intensive. Most people just want to swallow a pill and get the results in a few hours. Anymore of a hassle and I wouldn't buy the product.

Serving size for these are kind of excessive to me. Per directions for gut health, you take 2-5 pills 4x's a day. For cholesterol and blood sugar levels, it's 5 pills 4x's a day. For me, I feel there are better ways to get fiber such as incorporating things into my diet. However, these are fine for a supplement and these may be what some people need. They are somewhat large, so word of warning for those who may struggle with that.

These fiber capsules are a good size. I have been taking them for a few days now and have good results with them. I must say it's easier to get my fiber intake with them then to mix the “orange” stuff with water. I am pleased with the quality and product

My wife and I have been taking the Member's Mark Fiber Capsules for 5 days. We are both just taking 1 a day for now. These capsules are easy to take and do not have an unpleasant odor like some fiber capsules do. They directions say you can take up to 5 capsules 4 times daily, I will keep to taking 2 a day because I feel that will be plenty for me.

This is the first time I tried this brand of fiber capsules and I have to say, I am very happy with them. I like the size of the capsule itself so it's easy to swallow. I am also very happy with how well they keep you regular so they certainly seem to be doing their job! The price is great too so it's an awesome value for the money.

The required number of daily pills is a little daunting as you must take them 2 hours before of after other medication. The benefits of maintaining a healthy blood sugar is most appealing to me. It is too early to tell the benefits but hopefully they will be positive! The pills have a very slight odor but nothing that you would notice without really looking for it and the pill size is manageable.

The capsules are a convenient size that are easy to swallow. Psyllium husk (the main ingredient) is very safe and in fact is commonly used in vegan baking as a substitute for eggs. All of that said these will only take you so far. A "serving size" of 5 capsules will only provide 7% of the recommended daily dietary fiber intake. My reason for only 3 stars is a recognition that you still will need to get a substantial amount of fiber from your daily diet. For me personally it is probably easier to try and adjust my diet rather than take another supplement daily, but this certainly is a valid way to supplement.

I need to take a fiber supplement and these work well. Why aren't they available in my Sam's club?
