I takr these Fiber Pills every morning but Im not sure if they're working at all. My digestive system may be a little off due to all the meds I need to take. At 74 years old, I guess it's too be expected. So, although Im taking Fiber to help, I really can't recommend these pills.

The capsules are a convenient size that are easy to swallow. Psyllium husk (the main ingredient) is very safe and in fact is commonly used in vegan baking as a substitute for eggs. All of that said these will only take you so far. A "serving size" of 5 capsules will only provide 7% of the recommended daily dietary fiber intake. My reason for only 3 stars is a recognition that you still will need to get a substantial amount of fiber from your daily diet. For me personally it is probably easier to try and adjust my diet rather than take another supplement daily, but this certainly is a valid way to supplement.

I just got Member's Mark Fiber Capsules today. I'm so pleased. My doctor advised me to increase my fiber intake. These fiber capsules will make her instructions a snap. With just 5 capsules I am able to comply. The capsules are tasteless and easy to swallow. I will be using them forever!

I started taking the fiber capsules about a week ago. I feel I am more regulated and I am not feeling so bloated. The capsules are quite large but I didn't have any problem swallowing them. I am hoping that at my annual physical my cholesterol numbers are lower. I believe that these fiber capsules are making a change in my digestive health.

I received the Members Mark Fiber Capsules today in the mail. Directions say to take one capsule per day to start out. Without having tried them yet I can't really comment on the effectiveness. The directions all so say to take in an upright position and to take the fiber capsule 2 hours before or after other medications! I find that might be a deal breaker.

This product has the same ingredients as my current product. I am in the process of using this product in my daily routine of vitamins. There should be no difference in quality as almost all of Sam's products that I am using have the same high standards as the name brand products only at a lower cost. I definitely will continue to use the Member's Mark Fiber Capsules in my daily routine.

Some of the best psyllium husks produced. However, the markup is astronomical! There are people who desperately need psyllium husk for aiding in digestion and fiber intake. Sam's is pricing people out of being healthy with the markup on this product.

I have been using a brand name fiber powder to help with constipation problems. The powder is expensive and I don't like the taste. I was so happy to find these Member's Mark Fiber Capsules! They are tasteless, easy to swallow, and they get the job done at a lower cost. It's a win, win as far as I'm concerned!

I tried this product for 1 week and I don't think it's for me. I like the fact that it's multifunctional but I chose the basic “keeping me regular” option. I'm usually almost everyday regular but I didn't have a BM for almost 4 days and it was uncomfortable and not an experience I would care to go thru again. As for the other options, I'm not a person that would take 5 capsules 4 times per day.

I need to take a fiber supplement and these work well. Why aren't they available in my Sam's club?
