This product is very easy on your stomach. I take 3 in the AM and the same in the PM. It is very effective.

These psyllium fiber caps are convenient and very high quality. Never had broken capsules with this product.

These supplements are just one part of by my ear chest to deal with constipation. I've used them over the past many years except when Sam's didn't have them.
