These psyllium fiber caps are convenient and very high quality. Never had broken capsules with this product.

Too bad that the actual size of capsule isn't shown. If you have trouble swallowing this is not for you.

Started taking four of these, daily, a few years ago. Bottom line; in and out and a clean wipe every time. Check with your doctor if you have any gut issues.
