All of the water would not come out of the tank nor would all of the filtered coffee drain into the pot. The sides of the unit at the top got very hot while the coffee was brewing.

I have a larger capresso with a grinder and this smaller one was perfect for my son as he has limited space in his kitchen. Very nice looking, easy to use and compact…it can make 10 cups but we only would use for 8 as some grinds would get in the carafe if we did 10 cups. Plus it comes out very hot.

great coffee maker with the multi hole drip stem. no more dry coffee grounds after brewing like my Mr C brewer. gave it 4 stars for no beep when done brewing.

I needed a new coffee maker and this fit the bill. Easy to use, it has pour and serve and it makes hot, hot coffee. I’ve only had it for about 3-4 weeks and it gets used 3 times a day.

Front button panel is very loose, and the buttons are hard to press. With arthritis I have a hard time pushing the buttons, because they go in so far. Just today the buttons went back behind the front face and would not come back out, so I had to use a knife to force them out. I am returning and would not buy again!

As described, and my favorite thing is vents on top for steam.

1st one leaked. Sams sent a replacement right away. Works exactly like the mr coffee i had.

Does not keep coffee hot.
