Overall, brews a hearty cup of coffee. Looks good on counter….not too large. Wonder why it makes so much of a gurgling noise when it is at the end of the brewing process. You definitely can tell when it is done.

ordered this unit, and after two weeks the lid will not stay closed. will be returning. we do not even make coffee everyday, just got it for using for company that likes coffee.

The right size for what I needed. The list is not fully closing/snapping down after a week's use though. I do like the whole appearance and coffee is good!

I really like this coffee maker. I love the strength button that allows me to make the coffee stronger. It makes delicious tasting coffee. I love that it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space.

Good for coffee and tea. The strength setting gives longer time for tea brewing. Brewing time is average. A little more compact in size than other 12-cup units. Easiest one ever to program.

I HAVE USED THIS COFFEE MAKER FOR A WHILE AND I LOVE IT. NO PAPER FILTERS, THE FILTER IS EASY TO CLEAN. PROGRAM AND SET IN THE MORNING FRESH HOT COFFEE.

Out of the box the program button to adjust the time did not work. Returned to Sam's with no problem. Was hoping to get something simple that worked.

If you want a simple coffeemaker that makes fairly good coffee this is okay. My main complaint is that the two hour shutoff starts counting down when the automatic brew starts rather than finishes. Also I didn't realize it didn't beep when it finishes. Just something I've been used to,

Poor quality and leaks

I haven't had the issues with steam or dripping that others have mentioned. My only complaint is that the warming plate is rusting. I have used it daily since April 2022. I only use water and occasionally, a very diluted vinegar rinse to clean it, so I am not sure why it is rusting.
