Health Garden Organic Coconut Sugar, 3 lbs.

Maybe it’s just me but it’s got a horrible taste and smell.

Coconut sugar is so healthy in baked goods.  I like to substitute it for any other granular sugar.

Great product. Produces cookies and cake with a rustic taste...like grandmas made in the 1960s.

Great in cookies and banana bread

I bought this item as a substitute for Sam's Organic sugar which apparently isn't carried anymore.  Unfortunately we could not tolerate the burnt taste and by the time you put enough product in your coffee to sweeten it the coffee changes consistency and tastes terrible.  It tastes like the coconut shells were just ground up and put in a bag.  I'm sorry that I'm saying this but you're supposed to be honest.  I bought two bags online, had to return one and dump other in our compost bin.  Perhaps it's an acquired taste?
