The best helper for home. My mosaic floor and seams are like new, literally everything in the kitchen... tiles in the bathroom... windows... an indispensable assistant in cleaning. I don't even know where it can't be used... I'm very satisfied with the purchase and service.

So far we have used this a handful of times and it has worked what I would expect. I like the shorter time of heating the water into steam as compared to the ratings on other units. This has helped me clean the tile floor in the bathroom and I was shocked how bad dirty the grout lines were. It worked like a champ and cleaned them to original color. It has been used several other areas and it has worked well. My concerns/complaints about this unit are: 1. The unit is hard to store\transport, since there is no built in hose wrap or a place for all of the accessories. 2. The body of the unit seems to be made of cheap plastic that I am concerned will over time break. 3. The brush attachment does not appear like it will last very well doing tile grout. Overall I think this this unit will provide my family with a cleaner that will help us keep our house clean.

I have cleaned areas I normally would dread cleaning simply because of the scrubbing involved, but with the SC3 I recently purchased I now will make it a routine.

I bought it after recommendation from users in Israel and are very happy with it -especially in Corona time when the man is in charge of cleaning the house .. without any chemicals ...

Cleans great. Saves a lot of time vs mopping. Tool storage a little weird and the micro tip doesn’t fit well. Other than that, product was a good purchase.

I have only used this one time. Not real sure if I did everything right, but was disappointed with the steam output. I will know more when I get time to use it several times.

I bought this to detail clean my house. Power of steam disappointing. One of the wheel is not working properly so the machine dips over and the water falls out. Hand held brush is the best feature.

It worked very well on the shower floor when I also used a cleanser that I let soak for awhile before steaming. would recommend, also used to clean frig. that we replaced.

It is running as it should. Just let it warm up. I am finding the first squirt is water after that steam will start. Wish it came with two pads as a starter.

I bought this steamer a month ago and I am very happy with this product,and surprised on how well it cleans.My only question is how to properly clean the pads on it.
