Cleans well, I like the amount of water it holds and the power behind it. I've had a couple issues with the product. 1). The handle gets very hot so I have to wrap it with a towel in order to protect my skin. 2). Water leaks from the device so I have to wipe the puddle up. It's just water so not a huge issue, but I'm not sure why the leaking is happening.

I have a professional cleaning company. Mainly, there is no where to wrap the electrical cord around the machine itself. And you may need a supply of brushes because they only give you three in the package. But its handy and useful around the home.

I loved this cleaner so much I bought one for my my mom and 3 of my sisters got one for themselves as well. It is so easy to use, super satisfying to clean with, my husband is always waiting for his turn to use it. Loved that you use water from the tap.

I was very excited to get the SC 3 steamer, however it has been a disappointment. I feel like it is more spreading dirt than cleaning. It is a great tool to help with the removal of grease for example but you still have to wipe or use a product to remove the grease feel. Same thing with mirrors or windows, it won’t be spotless and you have to wipe afterward. Just be aware of that. Works great on grouts. I think this tool is great to remove heavy dirt but not for maintenance cleaning.

I wanted to deep clean my rustic textured porcelain tile in my house,without being on my hands and knees scrubbing with a brush. This machine does a great job! I like the choice of tools , especially the shot of steam tool with the brush. It heats up fast and hot making the work efficient and no need for chemical cleaners.

I purchased the steamer to clean my shower glass. I was going to remodel my bathroom because I could not clean the shower stall glass. It had hard water build up. I decided to purchase the steamer as the last resort to try and clean the hard water spots. I used it and took my time and the shower door and the glass look brand new and I decided not to renovate my bathroom just new paint and decore and with the clean glass it looks 100% better.

New to steam and I’m sad it took me so long. The SC3 is fabulous. It’s fast heating up and is easy to use and light and portable. I’ve taken mine to my mother in laws. Night and day difference of using a real cleaner on her floors vs the swifter mop her cleaning ladies use. The only learning curve tip is that after it has heated up bleed the hose of old water back into the machine otherwise you get a bunch of old water on your floor. Thanks Karcher!

we already have a high-pressure cleaner from Kärcher and are convinced of the very good quality of Kaercher. we already had a steam cleaner from Kärcher in Germany and have finally been able to buy one again here. The operation is very easy, there are various attachments and you can start right away. Everything plug system, cartridge purely, water purely and off you go. The system can be operated in two settings. The normal function is quite sufficient to clean surfaces. The power level with the small brush is perfect for corners and places where really the hard dirt is. We would recommend this steam cleaner without hesitation to anyone who wants to keep their household clean!

I recently purchased the K steam cleaner after reading so many positive reviews. I use it in my routine housecleaning in bathrooms and kitchen. Less chemicals in this SIP, everything clean and shine. We have a built-in grill and fryer in the kitchen that always leave a grease smell even when we use a strong degreaser. K removes grease in minutes, bye the long hours cleaning range hood! I also use it to clean grout, limestone before resealing. The machine is easy to use since it is light and has wheels. The only thing I wish it has is a lower steam power option for hardwood floor glass and mirror.

For general cleaning and disinfecting it was great. I was disappointed in it's deep cleaning ability and the floor cleaner was not as good as my upright steam cleaner. Better instructions for glass cleaning would have been appreciated. I would not buy this again.
