I love this steam cleaner! The attachments work well, and it is easy to clean stovetop, sinks, etc. The unit is light weight and easy to move from room to room. I wish the cord were a little longer, and unfortunately my I did not receive a cleaning pad for the floor tool. I have several Karcher tools and this one did not disappoint!

I bought this for my mom and she is loving it. It is very lightweight and easy to maneuver around; this was very important for her when shopping around for steamers. Very powerful and it is loosening dirt and grime that have built up on her floor tiles and grout for years.

Great steam cleaner! It cleans even better then I expected! Plus it disinfects surfaces which is super important these days with no chemicals or Lysol. I was able to get rid of some dirt in my house that was not possible to do with a brush and cleaners. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product. I only wish I could order window cleaning attachment and a set of small round brushes. I cannot find it here in USA, however in Europe it is not a problem.

I recently purchased the K steam cleaner after reading so many positive reviews. I use it in my routine housecleaning in bathrooms and kitchen. Less chemicals in this SIP, everything clean and shine. We have a built-in grill and fryer in the kitchen that always leave a grease smell even when we use a strong degreaser. K removes grease in minutes, bye the long hours cleaning range hood! I also use it to clean grout, limestone before resealing. The machine is easy to use since it is light and has wheels. The only thing I wish it has is a lower steam power option for hardwood floor glass and mirror.

So far we have used this a handful of times and it has worked what I would expect. I like the shorter time of heating the water into steam as compared to the ratings on other units. This has helped me clean the tile floor in the bathroom and I was shocked how bad dirty the grout lines were. It worked like a champ and cleaned them to original color. It has been used several other areas and it has worked well. My concerns/complaints about this unit are: 1. The unit is hard to store\transport, since there is no built in hose wrap or a place for all of the accessories. 2. The body of the unit seems to be made of cheap plastic that I am concerned will over time break. 3. The brush attachment does not appear like it will last very well doing tile grout. Overall I think this this unit will provide my family with a cleaner that will help us keep our house clean.

I bought this to detail clean my house. Power of steam disappointing. One of the wheel is not working properly so the machine dips over and the water falls out. Hand held brush is the best feature.

Cleans well, I like the amount of water it holds and the power behind it. I've had a couple issues with the product. 1). The handle gets very hot so I have to wrap it with a towel in order to protect my skin. 2). Water leaks from the device so I have to wipe the puddle up. It's just water so not a huge issue, but I'm not sure why the leaking is happening.

Attractive unit and easy enough to use, just requires far too much elbow grease to get the job done. I want something with power more like an outdoor pressure washer. These indoor units are just reconfigured garment steamers. Brio was worse. I wanted Karcher because that’s what friends rave about overseas. I knew the only US model didn’t have the equivalent psi, but I was hopeful they’d worked out a way to do it with less. Disappointed.

I have a professional cleaning company. Mainly, there is no where to wrap the electrical cord around the machine itself. And you may need a supply of brushes because they only give you three in the package. But its handy and useful around the home.

I own a SC 5 that runs on 220V and is the most amazing machine. The SC 3 steam is so weak it is weaker than my iron hence it doesn't clean and it leave water everywhere. I am return it.
