Falling Apart…..

We bought these recliners less than a year ago and they are already falling apart! We hardly even use them! Not the quality I would expect from a Lazy Boy brand!

The table in the store was wobbly, apparently it was not put together properly. It was a pleasant surprise as well as the covers. That is always a hassle to find the right fit. The chairs itself are marvelous, very comfortable.

Catching zzzz on the patio

Extremely comfy, works just like the other La-Z-Boy store chairs I have. The base cushion to side arm ratio is a little high, it's like the arms disappear when reclining, probably why it is so comfy - big base cushion. Cushion movement can cause the chair to get stuck when reclining and wanting to come back down, a little wiggle and all is well.

Beautifully made but way too short

These chairs were easy to assemble and look beautiful. They operate smoothly and are expensively well-made, including the use of Sunbrella fabric. The back pillows were too stuffed for our comfort, but it was a simple fix to open them and remove handfuls of stuffing. When they are fully reclined, however, there is no headrest. I am only 5’2”, and my head tips over the back in the chair’s fully-reclined position. I have always loved this recliner brand, but had I sat in these before ordering, I would not have ordered.

Good quality but lower cushions are stiff

Prior to ordering this set we read reviews that stressed the hardness of these cushions. While there is no doubt these will stand the test of time, they are stiff to the point of uncomfortable. You feel as though you are seating quite high. We are going to keep them.. too much of a hassle to return these, but we are hoping this stiffness will give in time. If you are considering this set, please believe the comments on stiffness. If this is a problem for you steer clear.

These chairs are very well made! Cushions are very thick and so far any dirt has brushed right off. The two reclining positions are nice. I have a harder time getting it back down to sitting position because it is a bit stiff, but I'm sure it will give in time. Love the chairs!

Hello, thank you for your feedback. The cushions are made with a double-cushioned construction to last and withstand being outside. The mechanism allows for two-position reclining, so you will have to use a little bit of body weight to push back and fully recline.
