Very disappointed! I have owned many La-Z-Boy furniture pieces & this has been far below my expectations. The chair itself is very comfortable when reclined....it's getting it to recline but, even worse, getting it to come out of that position is almost impossible! I've literally had to climb out of it sideways multiple times.

I love these outdoor recliners! They are perfect for our outdoor patio space and just what we were looking for. The quality is exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised to see they came with covers. The cushions are a little stiff, but I expect them to soften over time. Everyone who sits in them, loves them. I can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can sit outside more. I plan to have these for a long time.

I don't like shopping online for furniture but I figured its Lazyboy, how bad could it be. Oh, its bad besides the person who did the assembly he or she decided to cross-thread a screw and leave it that way, which didn't allow the backrest to fully engage. and don't dial the 1 800- USELESS number on the box. I probably will return it back to store it that bad

I bought this furniture 10 months ago and it starting falling apart after 6 months. The furniture is in a patio and protected from outdoor weather. I purchased the Allstate Protection Plan and submitted a claim. The claim procedure is very challenging and was declined. I submitted multiple claims including pictures, receipts from the store and credit card. After 2 months, they finally notified me that they will look at a resolution. Still waiting after 2 weeks. I do not recommend this product and the Allstate Protection Plan is deceiving.

These chairs are very nice looking and easy to put together. The chair comes in 2 pieces, the back slides in and clicks onto the base. One of the chairs was a bit difficult to maneuver into sitting position after reclining, a bit of WD-40 did the trick. The cushions are stiff but I found them to be comfortable especially in the reclined position. My only disappointment is there are no covers to protect these beauties!

Stains quickly...not comfortable for $1000.00...also table cheaply made...the only Lazy Boy I ever bought that made me not want to sit and recline...on a postive note I do more yardwork and my lani has never been so clean because I can't sit and relax in my new uncomfortable chairs...

We like the thickness of the cushions, and they seem sturdy enough. Being Lazyboy with Sunbrella cushions, we expect the set to last. They are a little difficult to recline. They are designed in the seat area for a taller person we’re ~5’6”) however, without a headrest, these would be awkward for anyone tall enough to fit the seat easily. We’ll engineer something ourselves with a lumbar pillow for the neck, it’s just unfortunate that the back of the chair wasn’t built higher so your head has somewhere to rest, especially when reclined.

The set is gorgeous. We bought 3 of them to go around our fire pit. They are so comfortable and look so great outside. My husband did complain the seats weren’t overly deep because the back cushion is thick which makes the seat feel smaller so he felt they were a tad smaller for him (he’s 6’2), however, once you recline, the seat deepens a lot further and it accommodates him perfectly.

Love the chairs in my setting. Came quickly, delivered to my door. Cushions are stiff but knew that as we sat in them in Club. It is tough putting the foot rest down which isn’t fun but hoping I learn the “trick” or it gets easier after use.

SO glad I tried these in the store before I bought. I'm 6' tall and these chairs are NOT comfortable reclined or not reclined. I will not be buying these...maybe short people would like them
