These chairs are perfect for my space! They were easy to assemble and look amazing. I spent more time breaking down the box than assembling the furniture. There were several comments about the thickness and comfort of the seat cushions. I, too, felt they were thick, but this doesn't subtract from their comfort - on the contrary, actually. I think this also adds to the durability. I had no problem reclining, and I especially like the two positions. The extreme horizontal position is great for napping and soaking up the sun. There is slight resistance in the reclining mechanism, but i think this is an advantage to their durability.

We are very happy with our purchase. The quality and comfort are great. My dog got a muddy footprint on one of the cushions and it wiped off easily with a damp towel. The little table is a great addition. Plus they came with covers for

Very pleased with this purchase. The chairs are quality and easy to put together. Only negative is the seat cushion is extremely firm( probably to help it last longer) and the height of the back is not that tall. I’m 5 1/2 feet tall and it’s fine. My husband is 5 feet 11 and it’s okay but taller may then it’s too small.

I bought this furniture 10 months ago and it starting falling apart after 6 months. The furniture is in a patio and protected from outdoor weather. I purchased the Allstate Protection Plan and submitted a claim. The claim procedure is very challenging and was declined. I submitted multiple claims including pictures, receipts from the store and credit card. After 2 months, they finally notified me that they will look at a resolution. Still waiting after 2 weeks. I do not recommend this product and the Allstate Protection Plan is deceiving.

We bought these recliners less than a year ago and they are already falling apart! We hardly even use them! Not the quality I would expect from a Lazy Boy brand!
