Front left burner stopped working

I ordered this electronic range along with several other Samsung appliances in May 2024 and sadly one of the surfaces has already stopped working. We are a small family of 3 and rarely used this range therefore I am disappointed that it has stopped working after only 4 months :(

I like my stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the appearance of my new stove. It goes with the aesthetic of the rest of my kitchen. I like the precision knobs since i have small children. I've always had a concern that they would inadvertently turn a knob slightly on my last stove and thankfully with my new one, i no longer have that concern. This stove appears to heat up faster than my last stove (could be because of the age of the old one), but still, pots of water appear to come to a boil slightly faster than before and the oven/broiler come to temp much faster resulting in a better result in my meals for my family. The center burner is pretty cool since i plan to buy a griddle insert to be used in the center. I'm a big black stone kinda guy so to replicate that within my house is really cool.

Classy slide in range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a dual fuel range for this all electric and I am very pleased with this Samsung. It was extremely well packaged and easy to install. After using it for 3 months I find the large oven to be very accurate. The cooktop is easy to clean and I find it to be more to my liking than gas, especially the front burners as there are two sizes to fit most pans. Also it is a very simple design that improves the look of the kitchen. Recommend highly.

Awesome Gas Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our new gas range stove. The gas range is amazing with the technology on connecting thru my app and controlling it thru my phone.. The feature we love are the knobs, they have an extra safety which is not difficult to use. It helps prevent turning on gas on accident. As well as the oven features are cool which we can control with our app. THe color and finish is very good and looks to be very good quality! We have enjoyed all the features!

Questionable quality

We bought this range about two months ago. The front right burner will only run on high temperature. No matter that the knob is set to. No matter where you set the knob it always runs on high. Low - burner turns to high and never stops. The other burners seem to work fine. This is a dangerous situation as we have burned a couple of things on the burner thinking that by selecting a low burner temp that it will actually heat to a low setting. Not high all the time.

Great features, just a couple of bugs

The front right burner flame also doesn't seem to be even all the way around. Other than that, everything else is great!

Oven panel and knobs turn on when bumping

I love the look of the range, but it has some issues. The panel being on the front turns on when just slightly getting bumped or touched (e.g., when cleaning). Even the knobs turn on by accident. It also looks like it has a downdraft vent when it does not. That just makes a place for crumbs to go into the slots. There really needs to be a flip up clear plastic guard that can go over the knobs and control panel to prevent accidents. It could even adhere to the stainless steel via magnets to be removed at any time. Please create one someone!
